Had an amazing honeymoon trip to Maldives booked with Travel Triangle and my travel agent was Trip To Globe (TTG). My trip was for 4 nights with 3 nights stay in Meeru Island Resort and last night in UI INN Hotel in Male city (Hulhumale) near the airport.

y TTG handled this trip. There is a significant difference in their service before and after confirming the trip; especially after the payments were done.
Before confirmation / payment : Getting quotes were seamless and TTG was very quick in their response. Agent was available in whatsapp 24*7 and swiftly provided quotes for all the options which I had requested.
Post confirmation / payment : After the payment was completed as per the invoice given, the response from TTG team was not prompt as earlier. I was assured that hotel voucher will be provided within 3 days after completing the final installment of my invoice, but I did not receive the vouchers within this time as promised. I had to continuously follow up with TTG and the worst part was that nobody even cared to respond to my emails. My trip guide Mr. Shivam Pathania & Ms. Anjali who had sent me the quotes earlier were not replying to my whatsapp messages as well (Note: earlier these people used to respond to my whatsapp messages within few minutes for quotes). Mr. Shivam’s phone number was also not working and no replies to my emails as well. 7 days later, I received an email from Mr. Amit of TTG that they did not receive the complete payment from Travel Triangle and hotel vouchers can only be issued after full payment. Honestly, I was surprised with this email and I did not understand what I had to do here as these issues are to be resolved internally between TT & TTG and not customer problems. I had completed the payments as per the invoice given and well with the deadlines. Later I received the resort voucher after another 6 days and there was a difference in the type of Villa booked in the resort duo to some miscommunication happened. I probed some queries on this matter and again no response from TTG. Received an email from Mr. Amit couple of days later that they can rebook the room type requested for if available. I asked them to proceed asap and also asked for an explanation to this matter but again no response for the next few days. I had less than 10 days to my travel during this time. I used to send reminder emails on a daily basis to TTG including their managers and Travel Triangle representatives, but nothing happened.
Finally, Mr. Ankur from Travel Triangle sent an email to TTG to look into this matter and then Eti Pandey from TTG came in to picture at the last moment. She was very supportive, resolved the issues within couple of days and rebooked the villa I had requested. I only received the resort voucher a day prior to my travel. I am completely disappointed with the service from TTG team except for Eti Pandey.
Regarding the trip, Maldives is an amazing experience and we stayed at Meeru Island Repost for 3 nights. The resort is lovely and the service, cleanliness, staff behavior and food exceptional. This resort is highly recommended. Our last night stay was in UI INN Hotel in Male city (Hulhumale) near the airport. This hotel is not recommended especially due to the staff behavior and I recommend not to book this hotel again.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend TTG for your trip. I suggest Travel Triangle to look into similar issues more seriously and have better control on the agents to provide the best service and support to your customers.
