Hotel Exp: Hotel exp was decent,food was good ,could do better in keeping some more options of North Indian food Had a payment issue at Hotel Adrak at Trivandrum where the payment was not marked as paid by the hotel agency we have to wait for checkout because of that,took a lot of time to resolve it. We could have missed the sighting of the last day due to the payment issue. Cab Exp: The driver was cooperative and helped in sight seeing for the first 3 days. He started showing tantrums for the sightseeing of Trivandrum and was not ready to cover the places in our itinerary. There was a lot of miscommunication between Back2Holidays and the driver regarding the payment and itinerary discussion. When we called the agent to clarify he was not happy and we had a lot of arguments with him. Agency Exp: I would like to thank Nikita from Back2Holidays for helping us cover all the places in our itinerary. She was following up with us throughout our trip. Everything was planned according to our needs, hotels were nearby the sightseeing places. We had issues with driver and at one of the hotels,we reached out to her and she made sure our trip went according to our plan coordinated with the driver and at hotel and overall our trip was a memorable one. There can be improvements done to avoid miscommunication between the agency,driver and hotels.It creates a lot of stressful situations for the guests. Our last 2 days were a bit stressful due to that.

Overall service provided by Indeman Travels was good. My special appreciation for cab driver Rabha. He was expert, polite , friendly and was having good knowledge of the place.

It was a good experience with BINC Bhutan. They provided Good hotels with upgrades wherever possible. All good places were recommended and covered. Very effective co-ordination by BINC team which made the visit very smooth and hassle-free. Some facts not in control of the agents - No role of the compulsory guide-not worth, most of the places have high entry fees (mostly not worth keeping in mind the place). Someone visited Sikkim/North-East may find Bhutan similar to that, so not all places are worth-visiting. Overall good experience. I recommend BINC.

I had planned for a short and customised trip to Meghalaya & Guwahati. The trip was very well arranged by Mr. Illias the owner of NorthEast Window Travel.He was very prompt in receiving my calls & checking up regularly as I was a solo traveller. Hotels which were booked were good. Places visited were as per the itinerary as I have customised it. The best part of my trip was my visit to Maa Kamakhya temple which was well arranged before hand by Mr. Illias and secondly he personally took me to the best & authentic store to purchase Muga silk saree which is the pride of Assam.
