Positives- People whether hotel staff or KE group was very calm and supportive. Sara Hotel and Atlas hotel at Cochin are really Good. Pagoda hotel was good. kerala breakfast, Lunch and dinner except houseboat & periyar nest was so tasty. special thanks to atlas for their service. Bindu madam was supportive through out trip. Negatives- Houseboat arrangement was not done on time even i booked my tour 1month before. Hotel periyar nest was worst hotel in respect of stay all night without sleep. Pagoda hotel Booking was done after 1hour of our arrival. Driver was good but not professional like he had collect toll, parking fee from us which was included in package. Even photographs we had taken by other persons who were not part of our journey. Lunch at Houseboat was not good neither it has variety just Gobi and Rice. Even after we were discussed that we had small baby driver said to go on jeep safari at Thekkady which was worst trip part. we were return from half way and waste our money also.

Rooms provided are good in munnar. but in tekkady it is not satisfactory .. house boot is small they said it is 4 star but it is three star rated boat .. cab and driver was good . But I spend 7100 for jeep and auto charges in entire trip most of the places car can go but they are suggesting local jeep and wasting money .. overall it is 3/5 rated to agency
