Before payment lots of promises and assurance given. After that no one bothers. I had to pay extra to the driver for visiting sone places within the city.

The trip was planned and managed well.
The only problem we faced was with the hotel provided at Jaiselmer , the "Jaigarh" hotel. It was far from the city and at a very isolated area . The room that was given was also at the ground level where the reception is and just straight in-front of the main entrance gate ending up with no privacy. The double bed was made by joining two individual beds with two individual mattresses.
We tried reaching the travel agent to change either the hotel or the room but nothing was done.
All other stays at Udaipur and Jodhpur was good.The camp at the Jaiselmer was also beautiful.

Driver was v good but vehicle last seat was miserable. Saurabh agrawal asked for extra money for change of destination however he never paid it to tempo operator.

It was a memorable trip for us. To start with, Furkan from Reify was supportive and accommodative of our requests throughout the trip!
1. Gangtok- Hotel was excellent. Big spacious room, balcony with a view and tasty food (albeit only veg). Hotel staff was courteous.
The drivers were generally friendly and humble.
Scenery- It was beautiful! Tsongmo frozen lake was splendid. Nathu La pass was a memorable experience! But the real beauty was majestic snow capped mountain tops that accompany you throughout your journey to the top. Still can’t get the images of those wonderfully white snow capped Himalayas out of my head! It is surreal!
Suggestion- spend 1 more day to explore Gangtok local sights.
2. Darjeeling-
Hotel - was a let down after Gangtok Hotel experience. Crampy room, food was okay and service was ordinary.
Suggestion- Book a high end hotel near Mall Road.
Sightseeing- Must see places are the Zoo, HMI, Tea Garden. For the more adventurous, I also tried rock climbing on Tenzing rock climb. Japanese temple and Peace pagoda is serene and calm and you would get a beautiful view of the city.
Tiger Hill Sunrise visit can be optional, as you have to get up very early in the morning (4 am) and reach the spot and wait for at least an hour for the sunrise . It is very cold and many people are gathered for the same. (If you can’t get up early in the morning, you may visit the spot during the day). The sunrise is beautiful, although the majestic phenomenon of Sun Rays soaking the top of Mt. Kanchenjunga in golden shower can not be guaranteed when there is fog (best time to see this phenomenon, I was told, was April- May. Unfortunately, we went to see it in February!)
Visit the Chowrasta for its famous eateries and restaurants and Mall Road for winter clothes shopping.
Other things - Toy train is optional. The train runs between Darjeeling station and Ghum station, both within city limits. The view from the train is restricted and entire stretch passes through the city only. So, you don’t get the view of valleys and trees from the toy train, if you thought so.
We could not visit any monasteries as they were locked due to CoVID-19.
Overall, it was a fun and memorable trip for us. We would definitely recommend this trip.
Without a doubt, the trip to Nathu La pass and Tsogmo Frozen lake. I remember being awestruck with the natural beauty of white mountains ! It’s a surreal experience.

I would suggest people to stay in Munnar for at least 2-3 days. You cannot experience it in 1 day because 1. Distance from Kochi to Munnar is very long and you'd be tired to go out on the same day.
2. Curvy roads! You wouldn't be feeling comfortable while travelling. Due to these reasons we missed out many places and I regret that.
Day 2 in Thekkady. We only got to see the Kathakali performance and went out for shopping that's it!
Day 3 in Alleppey. We stayed in a boat house and it could have been better. I would suggest people to experience the motor boat for an hour. It was great!
Day 4 was the returning day and on the way we went to the beach, it was fun! Buy some Malabar silk SAREES!! The quality is great!!!!
Shout out to our driver Mr.SHAJI he was very humble and he tried to take us to maximum places but couldn't due to the long distances between cities.
Let me be honest with the food.... I barely had something because the taste did not suit me. Overall the trip wasn't a memorable one

Management is awsome Mr shubham give very good service and support everytime he is available whole package was in best price including everything In awsome hotel. Hotel food services all are best staff is so good behavior only Volvo travel company which is cityland is not good service is very bad it's Dipartcher time is 6 in evening and they drop at 10:30 , 4:30 hrs extra for taking passenger from many boarding points in shimla and for taking passenger unnecessary they going chandigarh inner city for taking passenger and waste 2 hrs approx and delay the bus his driver whole ride from shimla to delhi 80% time of bus drive he Continues talk on phone taking call again and again which is not good stopping point is also sooo cheap. Plzzz don't book cityland bus

First of all both me and my friend had booked the trip together with our families. He booked a different flight for both of us from Singapore to Malaysia and didn't arrange for the pick up from Airport to the hotel in Kuala Lumpur for my friend. Also because of lack of co-ordination, we could not do the half day city tour that day and we had to squeeze in this on another day. They had charged us for the fast pass at universal studios in Singapore but finally gave us only the regular pass. We had to separately pay 60 Singapore Dollars per person to purchase that. Overall i would not recommend this agent to anyone. At one point of time we were at mercy of this guy because the plan was not in place and that too this happened after we reached Kuala Lumpur.
