The arrangements made by you for the tour were commendable, and I would like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. 1. Flight booked was worst, for this much long journey. 2. One hotel provided was completely out of city. There is no option for the resturant and and online food delivery is not working for that location. Delivery person declined delivery again and again due to distance and location.

We went to Dubai with family from 16th March to 22nd March 2025. J Square holidays arranged everything including our visa, hotel stay & city sightseeing along with tickets etc. It was a satisfying experience. Janit is always available. We had a great time on this trip. The package was customised well to suit our budget and preferences. All the transfers, accomodation were managed very smoothly and our travel agent, Steve was available at all times to answer our queries through the entire trip! Thank you! We loved exploring Hanoi on our own, the cycle trails at Nin Binh, the cruise stay at Ha long bay, the beautiful hotel with sea view at Da Nang and the city tour at Ho Chi Minh <3

Overall experience was excellent, Hotel arrangements were in busy areas, which helped us to explore city markets, culture, people, Pickup and drop arrangement was very good with high-end vehicles, and timely drivers..Hotels were excellent. I had a good experience on my Vietnam trip. Hotels were good, vegetarian food was arranged on the tours, on time pick-up an drop. Everything went smooth overall. Only the hotel location at HCM city could have been better. We had to walk a lot in warm weather to dine in Indian restaurants. Ha long bay cruise and Ba Na hills tour were amazing.

It was a wonderful experience. The trip plan was so well organised that with an eighteen months old baby also it was such smooth and hassle free trip which was unexpected. Overall the experience was awesome. Would definitely like to refer travel triangle with relatives and friends and also would like to approach for our next vacation Danang and Hoi an City were best
