We planned North-East India trip that covered 3 states - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya. It was kinda big 10 days trip that covered so many places. We wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible because we are going in an off-season time. Our trip organizer Nikita Chauhan from Reify (itvaar.com) did an excellent job and presented us with a perfect itinerary and not to mention a very experienced and patient driver.... When you don't feel the need to call your trip organizer during your entire trip means that the trip organizer (Nikita Chauhan) did a great job ! We appreciate Nikita for her great effort and attention to details. All the hotels that we stayed in were very very good.We are giving a 5-star rating to Nikita and Reify for creating wonderful memories for me and my wife....!

We had booked through Indeman Travels. Our Point of contact was Shekar. It was 11 day trip across Arunachal , Assam and Meghalaya. Shekar planned it really well taking our suggestions. When we reached Guwhati , the first vehicle provided was not to our satisfaction. He quickly made sure that he Allotted a different vehicle at earliest based on our feedback. The new driver and vehicle both were excellent . Special mention for Lobo our driver , he knew all the key places. He knew how much time each sight seeing place would take and always stop at best available food joints. He really knows the places, roads very well. Very polite, Courteous person and excellent driver. Shekar was always available on call . We wanted to extend our stay by 1 day at Meghalaya , and Shekar was able to take care of that as well. Thanks Shekar , Lobo and Travel Traingle .. it was a memorable trip and hopefully many more to come. Bumla Pass , Double Decker bridge and trek , Dawki

This is the feedback for our 7 days trip to North East India – Assam and Meghalaya. This trip was planned and customized for us by Nikita Chauhan from Reify (Itvaar). First of all like to thank her for creating such wonderful Itinerary as per our requirement. We have taken holiday package from different travel agents but never came across such travel agent/coordinator who was approachable and contacting us daily to check if everything is fine during the trip. All the hotels suggested and booked were very good. Driver was good. Only feedback on the driver would be that he should be more communicative, and he needs to give more information about the places we visited. We had faced technical issue with vehicle AC on one day and hot water in bathroom not available in Hotel The Kalyaniz, Guwahati. Apart from these we enjoyed our trip. Looking forward to book future trips with Reify. Hoping we will not face similar issues going forward.

It was a great experience throughout our trip. We enjoyed every day of it. There was some miscommunication between Indemaan and hotel for the booking at chirapunji, but was quickly managed with alternatives. Krangsuri falls were awesome and the Dawki camping was the most memorable one. Our Driver - Rana was very decent and professional, he made sure to cover all the places of interest, in fact some more places than in our itinerary in time. He also showed some best restaurants to eat in Assam and Meghalaya. Overall we had a great time in the north east.

Sagar's 7 days trip to North East

Amazing trip. Good choice of hotels, the itinerary was amazing, we covered all the places as per schedule. The driver (Ganesh Barman) is a very hospitable and polite guy. He is an amazing driver even in the hills. The sightseeing were beautiful. The hotels in Shillong and Guwahati were located in the prime location. The alfresco grand cruise was fascinating. Great coordination. Enjoyed the trip to the fullest. Thank you TT and HT. Overall the trip was full of memories but I want to specify 4 amazing destinations in Meghalaya and Assam. 1. Dawki - the border, the village and the crystal clear water of the Umngot river is just like a dream. The boating at the river is absolutely breathtaking. 2. Krang Suri Waterfalls - the gorgeous krang suri is absolutely beautiful. The blue water there is very rare. And is such a magnificent view. Although a little far from shillong but it's worth the time and the distance. 3. Living Root Bridge - the trek is toooo much to ask for but the bridges make up for the efforts. One of a kind brodges. Absolutely amazing. 4. Alfresco Grand River Cruise - the cruise is one of a kind. With the buffet dinner and the live band and dance performance. It can light up the evening with the romantic vibes. Perfect venue for a fun filled dinner and the cool breeze on the Bhramaputra

Sheebaparveen's 4 days trip to North East

We have been quoted for 3star Hotel but except Hotel Blueberry In of Shillong we did not find rest 2 hotels up to the mark. Landmark wood property is good but Room and services are not at all satisfactory . Does not have proper lighting, hot water, telephone was not working and in TV there are very limited channels NO KIDS CHANNEL AT ALL. 3 night lamps were lit inside the room and only source for the lighting. Also Hotel of Cherrapunji does not have hot water in their Tap , hot water provided in the bucket Cab which was provided does not have carrier at the top so he had to keep our partial luggage on the seat which make our drive uncomfortable. Beauty of Assam n Meghalaya is awesome, mesmerising natural beauty is the main attraction.

Lastly, we really appreciate Mr. Dip from siang explorer who helped us with planning our trip and help customize the trip as per our needs. Bharath's 7 days trip to North East

We booked Meghalaya (Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, and Mawlynnong) and Assam (Kaziranga National Park) tour for me and my wife with Siang Explorer. Mayurima coordinated planning the itinerary and was cooperative with all modifications we asked for. We booked taxi, hotels, and Safari in Kaziranga all from Siang. Overall, the trip went smooth without any major issue. We had two drivers for our trip, Kamal (first 5 days) and Nazim (last 2 days). Both of them did good job with driving. The issue we had with Kamal was that, he never used to say anything about the places he was taking us. We tried talking to him, but the answers used to be one word or yes/no, which was very discouraging to continue the talk. He just used to stop the car at a place and we had to figure out where he has brought us on our own (mobile network was poor in most places for us to see on maps). Initially he took the itinerary lightly and was taking us to the places of his choice, but when we stressed on following the itinerary he started doing it. However, Kamal's driving was good and he did not trouble us in any way. Our second driver Nazim was very entertaining and energetic. He used to take extra interest and stopped the car at some nice places for photos. He was saying whatever he knows about each of the places. Overall we had a great time with Nazim. The hotel rooms were good and clean all throughout our trip, except that the hotel in Cherrapunji was a little over hyped by Mayurima during our discussions, which turned out to be slightly disappointing (Kutmadan resort - No mobile network and no wifi, very far away from mainstream village, rooms were good but not as great as hyped by Mayurima. She hiked the price of the trip for booking this hotel). Finally, I would say, our trip was comfortable and satisfactory and I suggest anyone planning for a North East trip to consider Siang through Travel Triangle for their trip.
