overall it was very good trip to Char dham + hemkund sahib with adventure mania .
Pros -
1. on time response during the trip even if its late night , many thanks to Zaara and Sonu kumar for this
2. cab driver Vikash provided was very good and polite and has very good knowledge about the details,r
egistration and proceedings at every dham . he made our trip very smooth and his song selections were just awesome from bhakti to filmy songs.
3. the itinerary was followed almost very well.
4. hotels at rishikesh ,barkot and kedarnath were very good.
Cons
1. adventure mania promised they will be able to do our kedarnath heli ticket from irctc portal but they were not able to do that which caused extra cost per person for our heli tickets when we tried to get directly from counter
2. hotels at some places like guptkashi and uttarkashi were not that good and also didnt have proper parking for the cab .
3. they booked wrong hotel for hemkund sahib and even afte rtelling them in advance they didnt changed it before .
4. Darshan from travel triangle is also very bad. he didnt enquired anything before and during the trip about he trip is going on and when asked for help he simply told i cant do. he should be more professional and polite.

We had a fantastic family trip to Badrinath at August'25 last week, arranged by Navicrow Holidays through Travel Triangle. Our journey started and ended in Haridwar, and the entire experience was memorable. The hotels provided were in very convenient locations and were also budget-friendly, which ma
de it easy for us to explore the attractions.
The support we received from the team was exceptional. Our agent, Mr. Aman Yadav, and tour coordinator, Mr. Yash, were incredibly helpful and in constant touch with us and our cab driver Mr. Himanshu was excellent. This was especially reassuring during an unexpected situation. On our return journey from Joshimath, we had to tackle landslides, which prevented us from reaching Rishikesh. However, thanks to their quick and efficient coordination, we were provided with a comfortable hotel in Rudraprayag instead.
Despite the natural calamity, the team handled the situation with great professionalism. Overall, we had a wonderful and stress-free experience, and we are very grateful to the team for all their help.

3. Driver must be informed person. He should the right places to lunch along the 4 dham route. Otherwise, the Driver was a very good one.

The overall experience was good. There was just one issue that the hotels which were booked were full the time we reached there but then the agency provided us the different hotel which was also good and of same category.
