I have recently taken a trip to UK and it was just awesome. Initially I had some doubts whether to pay the money up front or weather everything is genuine or not genuine. I called the hotels and other bookings number and everything was very very genuine. Right from the arrival at the airport or the hotel location and access. Everything was perfect. the location and selection of the hotel was so perfect that it was the best location which I could imagine. And all the activities which were planned have everything included in it. Ashish Ji the trip Manager was so helpful and available every time. even though it was late night in India. Amit was very helpful and supportive! The best part of the trip was his constant support on whatsapp .. helping us book cabs at the very last minute even at 4am in the morning! The hotels booked were good at Glasgow., however the Edinburgh and London hotels was too far from the city centre.. we did learn that we can keep luggage in the major cities at abt 5 pound per bag.. and also at hotels if u are going to check back in.. again Amit was very helpful and we would surely avail his services via The travel portal

Had an immensely enjoyable UK tour curated to our tastes by Arpita and team. Right from when we landed in London to when we boarded our plane back to India, we had no hassles anywhere. Arpita was thoughtful enough to suggest hotels close to the hub or located close to a Train station at a very reasonable price. The itinerary that was first offered to us covered most of the places we had in mind and they were happy to add any alterations that we asked for. The guided tours organized for us were all very professional & entertaining and the guides had profound knowledge about the places. A bustling London, a very quiet and scenic Windermere, a very historic Edinburgh with its creepily exciting stories. Couldn't have asked for more !!! At the outset, we extend our sincere thanks to Ms Damanpreet and Mr Krishna of Memorable Vacations and Mr Shubham of Travel Triangle for booking the trip for us and wish them all success in their future endeavors. We had a great trip. Special thanks goes to Ms Damanpreet, who was very supportive throughout the process. However, we are bringing out following aspects solely from the point of providing a true & honest feedback, which is so vital to ensure further improvements in the quality of services provided, leading to greater customer satisfaction. 1) The hotel at Moreton-in-Marsh was excellent. The hotel at London was good. However, the hotels at Windermere and Edinburgh were below par - BnB kind of arrangement. Better hotels could have been booked. 2) The Moreton-in-Marsh to Windermere train connection was not booked though it was very much included in the overall package citing reasons that it is not available. We had to book the same ourselves at additional cost. But for the above reasons, our overall rating would certainly have been 9-10.

The travel agent Mr. Pradeep was very helpful and responsive. Although three hotels were good, two were not all that good. Concord Grand of Colombo was negligent and never responded to our issues.
