My overall experience with the trip was good. The travel Agent Aesha helped us throughout the trip very politely. She kept us informed about everything beforehand.
Regarding the hotels and hotel staffs, hotel staffs were very polite and supportive. Hotels were far off from the tourist locations and were present in very interior part. Hotel in Gulmarg was beautiful.
Cab Driver was also polite and helpful.
Gondola Phase 2 was our best memory in the entire trip. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth waiting in the queue for the Gondola ride.

The driver was cordial and had good knowledge about the place, the stay was comfortable, and a special thanks to Muskan Goel for all the information also because I am a pure veg and list of restaurants shared by muskan helped and I was able to eat indian food without onion and garlic in bali.

We had a family trip last week to Dubai through J Square Holidays. It was an amazing experience where Janit and his team has arranged perfectly for us.
They took an extra effort to arrange a cake to celebrate our infants birthday in Dhow cruise which made the celebration more special.
At the end, our departure was delayed due to Dubai flood. Janit helped us throughout the situation for us to have a smooth departure from his end.

Guruvayur hotel was good
Kodaikanal hotel had no proper service food was late. Had hot water issuse.
Coimbatore hotel was good but got booked with wrong beds for couple we got 2single beds travel agent didn’t do anything about that told us to ajust and wifi is so bad. Asked to many times about wifi but no proper response from hotel.
Car was good and driver was okay. Had too much volume for music that too only their regional music. Would leave us so far and say its due to parking issue. Mostly we paid for parking which says included in package. Lack of coordination b/w travel agent and cab agency. Driver was not aware of package and inclusives.
Travel agent didnt guide us properly bcz palani temple was too crowded as we went on some auspicious day. And Kodaikanal was full of traffic as its weekend. As we are non local we wouldn’t know that. If we were informed about those we would have adjusted the dates likewise and would have had great overall experience. Got stuck in traffic for 8hrs nearly watched all places in traffic and for 6hrs mostly in temple even if we took highest ticket available.

Right from the planning of iternary to execution of the planned iternary it was near perfect experience.
Mr Rajat helped us Craft a tailored iternary which suited our frequency, we always wanted lot of activities and our iteranry was like that. We went too and fro on the iteranry to make it as per expectation.
For execution our driver at bali made us feel special and helped us accommodate everything plus extra. Mr Rajat was always available at message length, and our doubts were rectified timely.

Driver Swamy P was very helpful throughout the trip as we were having the challenge of difference in language.. whenever we stuck somewhere Swamy was there to help us and explains the situation as he knows hindi, English and local language.
