Hotel is nice...but doesnt maintained they will.tell u that pehle owner alag tha nd all to give xplanatn of review but dont believe them...specially dont belive agent bhavya patel. .he is only there to dig money by fake promises...about hotel breakfast place is suffocated .. I have given 2 stars for rooms and cleanliness of room...swimming pool is not at all clean all 3 days.. Though it looks very nice in pictures ...driver of cab was very nice ..helpful polite.. 5 stars for francis....

We booked our tour with travel on ease, for amritsar, dalhousie, dharamshala. They provided the local driver with tempo traveller. The driver was very good, and condition of tempo traveller is also at par. The hotels were also very good at dharamshala ( spring valley) and dalhousie (hotel ark by pax), except aura grand in amritsar was not upto the expectations, but it was part of tour. Otherwise good services, prompt response from the agent, good communication, and ease of travels.. overall we enjoyed the tour with travel ease.

Overall the trip was good. Few hiccups like the expectation set with travel agent of having just 1 window of money transaction was not met. We got into the same loop of driver asking for money while we had already paid. Anyway it got sorted. But that's exactly what we did not want.
Driver was prompt in his service, Car was good. But i believe there are multiple vendors getting involved in the process, which may not go well for the customer.
Overall the trip was wonderful, Hotel accommodation we booked it ourselves, so no feedback to be given there.

had planned and organized this trip two months in advance, ensuring everything was in place just the way I wanted. However, as the travel dates approached, communication from our travel agent completely dropped off. Despite my repeated calls and follow-ups, they were ignored, leading to a lot of confusion and last-minute uncertainty.
We were traveling with an infant and a young child, and still, no rest time was scheduled after a long flight and extended airport wait. When I finally got through to the agent just one day before our departure, I was casually told, “Ma’am, everything can be customized once you reach there.” This added to the anxiety and made things more difficult.
There was also poor clarity on payments. After a WhatsApp message a month prior, there was no further communication or confirmation. Naveen from Kingsman Travel was at least somewhat responsive, but Bhavay Garg, who took over as the SPOC, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His responses were arrogant, and there was no support from his side whatsoever. While we managed Kuala Lumpur somehow, the coordination post that was disappointing.
That said, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the agents and drivers assigned in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Their professionalism, cooperation, and understanding—especially around flight delays and unpredictable weather—made a real difference. Kudos to them for their hospitality and support.
Langkawi was awesome and the travel agent assigned in Langkawi. His hospitality was absolutely great.
