The hotel at Badami was good. However food items were repeating. Also housekeeping services were not available after evening.
The Hampi hotel toilets were in really bad shape with stains on the walls and bathroom fittings were rusty.
Van and Driver
The vehicle was changed
on the last day without any consultation with us and it turned out to be non air-conditioned vehicle.
Driver was excellent and readily took us to all the places that we added . His driving skills were also good.
Now coming to the travel agent, we expected a better local knowledge and suggestions regarding itinerary, especially sequencing of the events. I must appreciate the flexibility shown and immediate assistance provided by the tour company.
I suggest a better understanding regarding Driver food - if a large group is taken to the resort, driver food should be negotiated as at far off places, no other source is available.
We enjoyed the trip. However it could have been better.

Promised car was not provided. Raised the issue on day 1 itself but did not do anything in this regard. Had to compromise with less comfort. Driver was good and his service was excellent that was blessings in disguise. Hotels were own arranged outside the Trvl Triangle. Overall, felt that Travel age
nt tried to cut corners by providing inferior vehicle.
Missed Baba Mandir in sightseeing scheduled items. Other places were done without problems basically due to decent driver/ owner of the vehicle.

I had booked Phuket trip with my family through Navigatio Asia. I must say, that Navigatio asia is a very professional company and committed to their clients. I had some issue after booking my resort but they personally sorted it out, and booked a better resort for me and even gave some extra money
on their own to resort so that I do have a comfortable stay. That resort they booked was much better, than what I had recommended.
Also, throughout my trip they were in constant touch with me , so that I Do not face Any trouble, regarding local sight seeing or cab facilities.

I recently visited Andaman and had a disappointing experience with the travel agent Mr Roy, He misguided us about scuba diving rates, charged much higher than local prices despite our tickets showing 25% off, and even told us not to ask locals about the rates and to say we were “not interested.”
He
kept insisting that slots were very limited and pushed us to book immediately by creating false urgency.
The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating.
Overall, trip was good and memorable but due to above issues trip was not 100% satisfactory. I hope this issues wont be repeated in the future
