We appreciate the overall effort in organizing the trip; however, we would like to highlight a few important areas for improvement. It is essential to verify and provide complete transparency regarding hotel details and services at the time of quotation or payment. We faced challenges in a couple of
hotels, particularly related to food availability which impacted our experience.
Additionally, the cab services need better management. Timeliness, cleanliness of vehicles, and professionalism of drivers are critical factors. In our case, a lack of route knowledge and awareness of local places led to significant time loss during travel.
We recommend ensuring better coordination and accurate information sharing to enhance customer satisfaction in future arrangements.

The overall experience was great. The stay was comfortable and beautiful. The driver took us to places that were in the itinerary. There was an issue with the drivers working hours, there was a day, when we wrapped up everything before 7, n we had ample amount of time, which could have been utilized
, but since the driver didn't want to go, we did not go out.

Feedback for the selected hotels: Vinholiday (Phu Quoc) and Embassy (Hanoi) reflect the ratings on Google. VinHoliday is close to a 5 star hotel and can be compared with Hilton and Hyat.
On the negetive side, AS Roma (Phu Quoc) onlline ratings are a fraud and they employ uncivilized people. They are a misfit for foreign travellers:
1. Take 500,000 deposit for three water bottles in the mini bar.
2. Room ceiling fan was not working and it required multiple follow ups to get a standing fan.
3. Complimentary water bottles has to be requested and since we were out all day they asked if we still needed the water. Cheap mindset to save a bottle of water.
4. Night time staff is uneducated - they keep a person with waiter uniform who is non cooperative and when asked about his manager he said she is pregnant.
Basically, this hotel should be blacklisted for internationa tourists.

Most of the places are mentioned in the iternary but for everything we had to take Riksha. If that is the case why it's mentioned in Iternary?. Most of the temples were closed ideally driver should have informed us what is the temple timings and which is the best road or method to reach the place.
We had 75 years old person and 1 and half year baby. It was very difficult for us to manage. If this was the service we would have booked one cab after reaching the place. Very bad experience with service
