Since the pool was attached to the room, I ended up swimming there many times during the stay. The drivers were also very professional, punctual, and polite. I did not face any issues during the entire trip, and all transfers were handled smoothly. Another thing worth appreciating is their flexibility. I had initially planned my trip for December but postponed it to February, and they agreed to the change without any extra charges or complications, which was very helpful. Also, they have given 2 small souvenirs on the end day which is nice gesture. Overall, the entire trip went very smoothly, and I came back with lots of beautiful memories. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: - I haven’t seen much promotion or branding from them — not on their cars, T-shirts, or other places. In the travel business, advertising and visibility are very important, so investing a bit in marketing could help them grow even more. - It might also help if each morning they send the day’s itinerary on WhatsApp or provide a printed schedule, so travelers have clear visibility of the day’s plan. - Also, representative of their team was not present on the Havlock when I arrived there. I had to call them multiple times over these. Many representative of different companies like andaman experience was already present there with ply card. Kindly sort out these small things so that your customers don't have to worry about these things.
