Hotel Exp: Hotel exp was decent,food was good ,could do better in keeping some more options of North Indian food Had a payment issue at Hotel Adrak at Trivandrum where the payment was not marked as paid by the hotel agency we have to wait for checkout because of that,took a lot of time to resolve it. We could have missed the sighting of the last day due to the payment issue. Cab Exp: The driver was cooperative and helped in sight seeing for the first 3 days. He started showing tantrums for the sightseeing of Trivandrum and was not ready to cover the places in our itinerary. There was a lot of miscommunication between Back2Holidays and the driver regarding the payment and itinerary discussion. When we called the agent to clarify he was not happy and we had a lot of arguments with him. Agency Exp: I would like to thank Nikita from Back2Holidays for helping us cover all the places in our itinerary. She was following up with us throughout our trip. Everything was planned according to our needs, hotels were nearby the sightseeing places. We had issues with driver and at one of the hotels,we reached out to her and she made sure our trip went according to our plan coordinated with the driver and at hotel and overall our trip was a memorable one. There can be improvements done to avoid miscommunication between the agency,driver and hotels.It creates a lot of stressful situations for the guests. Our last 2 days were a bit stressful due to that.

It was very wonderful trip. The agents were always available for support. Thanks for giving me memories to cherish. Vienna and Prague are a must visit.

The trip was awesome well arranged.. only the driver Mr. Izz was not easy bit over spoken or you can call it rude .. except him everything was great

We booked 7 days and 6 nights Malaysia tour through Kushark Holidays. Travel and activities. Overall it was well arranged trip thanks to Sagar. He is always there whatever might be the day and time. Response is excellent. I would definitely recommend them for anyone going to Malaysia. Thanks to Sagar Sonker and Kushark Holidays. One small feedback is that it would be good to have some flexibility in car pickup timings while in the country.
