Some of the services promised were either not delivered as expected or required repeated follow-ups, which took away from the enjoyment of the trip. As a traveler, I expect smoother planning and better support, especially for a multi-city tour.
There is definitely room for improvement in terms of organization, responsiveness, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would advise future travelers to confirm all details very clearly before booking with MyTripLab.

First resort that is The Patra Bali villa, was very good, provided expert and professional service. Food was good. Everyone was very supportive.
For, secord resort, which is Ubud raya villa, location was not so good, it had too many insects in our bathroom and pool area. It spoilt our holiday vib
e. That is a big negative point. But, the staff behaviour of the hotel was very good, they were attentive and very supportive. The staff behaviour won our heart. Also, they provided best and authentic quality food.
Drivers were cooperative.
