I was Extremely happy to book Ladakh Holiday with Travoguider through Vivek. Right from the beginning till the very end, the itinerary was well curated to ensure comfortable, safe and hassle free experience. Vivek is pro in planning and organising the trip. Our driver Dorji bhaiya was very good and professional. He was a localite, so was having good knowledge on all sightseeing places. He never said no to any of our requests during the ongoing trip. Overall the experience was good. Only the complementary breakfast was not good in Thekkady and Alleppey. Munnar stay was nice and the food was also good Stay in Munnar was so nice, enjoyed the weather. Driver Noushad was very friendly and punctual.

The travel agent were always available and were easy to contact if any inconvenience happened which was very helpful for us. The car and driver facilities were good and pleasing. The hotels provided for stay at different locations had nice accommodation but slight services and facilities in certain hotels were not so good that could be improved. The overall trip was satisfactory and nice.

We had an amazing trip to Ladakh, all thanks to our travel agent! Everything was perfectly planned — the hotels were comfortable, the driver was very polite and experienced, the car was in great condition, and the entire schedule was well-timed. I have planned trip for Sikkim (4days) and Darjeeling (2) days from May 27 to Jun 3 (2023) with Jeremy. Anand was always available for any kind of support. He helped a lot in planning and finalizing itinerary and hotels. Cab driver Yuvraj was also amazing person. He was driver cum guide for us. He explained lot of things about local culture and traditions of Sikkim. Best part of trip was Nathula and Zero Point. We have covered Namchi, Temi Tea Garden, Ravangla as well. These are must visited places. We missed Lachen and Pelling this time. Darjeeling was not good. Traffic was chaotic. Overall, it was good experience. Thanks Jeremy to make this trip unforgettable.

Our two week Australia trip planned n executed by Fly Goldfinch Kruti n team. Overall it is very good. All the arrangements were excellent and perfectly organaised. Cost is competitive compared to other travel agents. Response was quick. For the cab bookings even during odd India timings Gautham did it perfectly . Ultimately they were available 24/7 to answer the queries n did the needful. All the hotels booked were in main area close to restaurants, shopping centre and transport facilities. The hotels were too good. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Highly recommended.

Overall trip was really good. But some places in the itinerary were not upto the mark. Places like beaches in nusa penida were not the places to be excited about. The kintamani view of batur mountain was not very exciting either. Sometimes driver try to convince us for activities outside the itinerary. The behaviour and timing of driver were good. You need to add more happening places in itinerary. There needs to be more clarity in inclusions and exclusions. Like cost of photos or lunch or dinner. No one was there to provide on spot addition of new activities. The itinerary was exceptional as it was well managed. There is room for improvement though. All in all I will definitely recommend others to choose travel triangle for their travels. Gillie T is one of the best places I visited during the trip. The aston beach resort is awesome. It should be two days in itinerary instead of one.
