Tapish Gupta

Pune

Tapish's 5 days trip to Kerala

Good arrangements done by Priyanki from Travel Unbounded. Munnar Hotel was 16km far off from city, which was a pain to travel in night. No eateries were around other than its own restaurant. Houseboat and its services were good. I had some issues on last day with cab arrangements due to route change

. But priyanki was available constantly to fix everything.

Very Nicely planned by Travel Unbounded. Mamta was very helpful in planning and coordination for the trip even on a short notice of two days. All the services from Cab to Hotel was very good. We had a pleasant experience for our Kerela trip.

Pankhuri Bindal

Hyderabad

Pankhuri's 7 days trip to Kerala

I liked- the hotels. The itinerary. I didn't like- the unprofessional attitude shown by Mamta, the late responses by the team at travel unbounded and the no response by the travel triangle team. The cab driver was quite average too. He didn't give any worthy recommendation and the ones he gave- Jee

p Safari, Alleppey long boat tour were very heavily priced.

The Quality of service provided before payment is Nice, but once your payment is done, sadly, they will not hear your complaints at all.
