The driver was polite, cooperative, and punctual, which made our sightseeing and transfers smooth and comfortable. The travel agent’s service was also very good. What we appreciated the most was that he regularly called and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane. The cruise ship experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. Spending time at Baga Beach, enjoying Snow Park, and experiencing the lively vibe of Tito’s Lane made the trip even more special.

sightseeings are overpriced. Beaumont plantation retreat - one of the best resort I've ever visited. But it would have been better if no of cottages are increased clearing up some forest area. Munnar trip was also beautiful. And last but not least the houseboat. Could have been better if a continental cuisine instead of kerala cuisine was served.

se places were mentioned in itinerary. If these things are mentioned in itinerary, tourists can prepare for them well in advance. I was told by driver that real munnar can be seen only by off roading vehicle and we were stuck with jeep safari chosen by driver. We didn't know what we would miss if we opted out. I immediately tried to call agent and they tried to help but they were also not very clear what was going on the ground. Their option was that it's optional instead of clearly telling me what would I miss if I don't opt for jeep safari. Overall a great trip with good service by agent and an okay vehicle. Thanks.
