We got rooms on 4th floor and that even without lift, Also meal was not upto the mark. While booking hotel you should confirm floor number as well.

The trip was wonderfully organized by the Jubilant travels and Swathi was the POC for us for entire trip who organized very well and has answered any kind of queries or modifications in the iterenary and also even when the issues were faced during the trip, even those were addressed with satisfactor
y resolutions.
There was no need to contact any person during our vacation and it was complete hasslefree and a great holiday time which we had with the family.
Only not satisfied thing in the trip was Hotel Sweneha - which seems very humid inside and there is no proper ventilation and feels so much suffocation inside the room.
Else everything went very well :)

em. They will see your comfort and safety. Vijaya ji supported before and throughout the trip. She also suggested me some good spots we can visit. She made sure that our trip goes smoothly. Rishikesh stay could have The only drawback was that all the hotels were located away from the main road. However, the hospitality was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the overall experience was good.
