Tripsailer helped us from start to end with all the planning and helped to make sure that my trip went without any hiccups. They also called in between to check on us, which was really good. The hotel that they gave in Jaipur was great, the hospitality, food and room everything was upto the standard
s. However, the hotel they gave us in Udaipur was not that great. The washroom door had mould on it; it was not clean. The breakfast was average. The driver they provided was good; he did show us around, but he was going off track with the planned itinerary and was going to other places that were not in the itinerary.
Apart from these few points, the trip went perfectly well. We enjoyed it a lot, and we would choose Tripsailer again for our future trips.

Trip was fantastic…. Raisha was very supportive throughout the trip as well as operation team also.
Room of Naina Resort was little bit confined that could be upgraded.
Also I would recommend to go with travel triangle.(especially book trip through Raisha of holiday paradise)

I have had a very good experience while on a Sikkim trip with Sierra vacations. I have booked through travel triangle and Sierra vacations were my local agent Rishi. I have never had to call the agent in this trip for any major issues.
Rishi updated details of the next day trip and contact details o
f the driver and cab as early as possible . Each day new cab new driver was assigned which is not an ideal situation as the drivers were all trying to finish the trip as soon as possible and get on to the next job they can get. Without a dedicated driver and cab for the trip the experience is a little off as guests are always forced to complete sight seeing asap. There is no bonding to be formed. But Rishi from Sierra Vacations has coordinated with me well to get the cab assignment sorted each day. Everything went as planned at the end of the trip.
But Deepesh ,the cab driver who took us to lachung is very good , honest and skilled person of all the drivers we got in the total trip who managed to balance safety, time , food , real time experiences which we can go through in the trip
