Als Destination recently planned our trip to Bali. Have to say it was one of the best trips. The place we visited, the stay everything was just perfect. Our tour guide/driver Adi was also very kind and co-operative. Thank you so much Pooja for planning and customising the itinerary according to our requirements, even my toddler had a lot of fun. Excellent trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The cab drivers were excellent, polite, and punctual, while the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the markets. However, we wished we had more detailed information about the Neil Islands Natural Formation, specifically its limited accessibility during low tide, which only occurs after 2 PM. Unfortunately, our 4:15 PM ferry departure meant we missed this attraction. With prior knowledge of this timing constraint, we could have visited the spot and stayed on Neil Island overnight and left the next day. Despite this minor disappointment, the rest of the trip was wonderful.

Apart from Couple of places (Cellular jail, Radhanagar beach, elephanta island for water rides) other visits were boaring. It keeps on from one beach to another with nothing new. Hotels at Havelock was in very bad shape & at Neil is not upto mark. Cellular jail visit + elephanta beach rides..

Yugal has helped us a lot through out the trip. Very good experience. He was able to understand our preferences and suggest the trip plan accordingly. Thank you Yugal and Team, it was our first international trip. We enjoyed it and were care free because of you guys. Also, Nandini hotel not good. Please do not suggest to any people The island tour in Krabi and Phuket.

It was a nice experience & was memorable as this was our first trip to Bali. Thanks for the arrangements. However on the last day during our visit to Nusa Penida Crystal Bay beach was not covered owing to some reasons. Though it was closed for past 2 weeks & travels was aware of it, Though they didn't arrange a replacement for it. Even though we requested for a replacement, there was no response. Due to which we had a lot of spare time in Nusa Penida & time was wasted.

The trip was really good and the agents helped us in every possible way due to bad weather our nusa penida trip got cancelled but agents changed our itinerary upside down due to which we had to travel more hut we did able to go to nusa penida on the last day of our trip. Cab driver was very helpful and did as we asked did made sure that we had a great experience. We got late few times but was very patience and helpfull. He took us to the market as well which was not planned I feel hotels could be more better one thing everyone should notice that indian food options at the hotels in few of our stay there were no options for that
