my mother is a senior citizen but can manage moderate treks. He also customised the plan based on our interests and suggested great places to visit. The hotel accommodations arranged for us were excellent, and overall the 6-day trip was wonderful. We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. Except for the driver issue, everything else was perfect. My mother absolutely loved the trip. Thank you, Prabhat, for making our Meghalaya visit so memorable!

I booked an 8-day Meghalaya and Shillong trip for ₹1,40,000. While some parts of the trip were enjoyable, there were several serious issues that made the overall experience disappointing. When we arrived in Guwahati at around 12 AM, the driver arrived on time, but he took us to a different hotel. I

questioned the route multiple times as it did not seem correct. Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

e checking out the staff didn't bother to wake up in the morning for breakfast or for the settlement. No response at all. The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us.
