1. Excellent suggestion on the Travel Agent options. 2. Payment terms and modality of installments is user friendly. 3. It is probably the mandate of travel triangle to facilitate the travel schedule chosen by the customer. Perfect. Wish some inputs are mildly/indirectly provided by Travel Triangle in future to the prospective customers on the validity of their travel dates as far as tour season in the destination is concerned. If the travel dates fall in low season period, the shops are 90% closed, the internal transfers/ mode of travel (e.g ferries in Greece for the travel between islands get shut down in the low season period). 4. Hope there exist efforts from Travel Triangle to get the partnered agents in one room and train them of certain policy aspects . I am confident the top mgmt at Travel Triangle is aware about this. There is increased trend in higher middle class for aportioning funds for international travel and more over distinctly pronounced trend ( at least in Mahatrashtra) to avoid travelling thru big tour-arranging companies where the cotravellers don't exactly wear compatible mind-sets. Such travellers need more design inputs while deciding on the travel period for a given location. Hope above feed back would be taken in right perspective . Meghalaya is undoubtedly a stunning destination, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor planning and communication from our travel agent. While the places we visited were beautiful, the agent failed to provide critical information that significantly impacted our trip. Seasonal Information Missing: Our primary intent for visiting Meghalaya was to enjoy its famous waterfalls. However, none of the waterfalls had water during our visit—something the agent never mentioned. We specifically altered our itinerary to include a river trek near Mawlyngbna, only to find out on arrival that the area was dry. Such details are fundamental and should have been communicated upfront, allowing us to adjust our plans. Itinerary Mismanagement: The agent scheduled our Double Decker Trek on a Sunday, despite it being well-known that the trek is not operational on Sundays. This could have wasted an entire day had it not been for our driver, Musaddik, who noticed the error and rearranged the trek for Saturday. This level of oversight is unacceptable from a professional travel planner. Missed Opportunities: Another significant lapse was the lack of guidance regarding the Maa Kamakhya Mandir. We were not informed about the necessity of VIP tickets, which need to be purchased a day in advance. As a result, we couldn’t enter the temple and had to settle for seeing it from outside. What Went Well: Despite the agent’s shortcomings, we appreciated our driver, Musaddik, who not only ensured our safety with excellent driving but also suggested some good spots to visit, adding a positive touch to the trip. Suggestions for Improvement Transparency: Provide detailed seasonal insights about destinations to help travelers make informed choices. Accuracy: Verify operational schedules of activities and ensure itineraries align accordingly. Proactive Guidance: Offer information about essential bookings, like VIP tickets for temples or special activities. Had we been informed well on the seasons, we would have included Kaziranga National Park, our experience would have been much more fulfilling. While we enjoyed the beauty of Meghalaya, the lack of proper planning by the agent dampened our trip’s potential.

Cab driver was not friendly at all. He was driving at speed of 40km/ hr because of which we missed many places. Also, at one of the day the hotel booking was not done by ur agent and we had to wait on reception for almost an hour and finally he had done booking with some other resort. What is the point in making fake hotel vouchers.

Awesome trip management by North East Windows travels for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. It was a family trip. They provided hotels as committed, unlike other travel agents who change hotels at last minute saying unavailability. They also changed one hotel which i did not like. Innova Crysta was clean and in very good condition. Driver was awesome. He guided us along the trip to visit places and drive was very smooth even in hilly terrain. Overall, Superb experience with North East Window Travels. I highly recommend this agency to anyone at travel triangle as these agency take pain to serve you better.

Stay was good except for Iamanlong Resort in Shillong. Driver was good, but inexperienced. That's still okay. The company he worked for didn't fill petrol in bulk and every morning we had to wait at petrol pump as the owner would directly send the money to the petrol pump qr code and then the petrol would be filled. That was nuisance. Travel agent was good. Almost all our need were accounted to. But giving a different stay in Shillong just for one day was not acceptable. The places are surreal
