Good choice of hotel especially with Baintang Bali resort. This resort is excellent especially pool and beach. Villa option was not good especially the food was average and there are insects due to lights were on. Baitang Bali resort Swing - photoshoot was good but was not in the package ATV ride - Not included in package but we did ourselves and it was good.

I booked my family trip to thailand. The trip was wonderfully planned and executed and delivered as promised. The cars sent were neat and clean. The advance bookings for the island tours were also taken care smoothly. Overall it was a great trip. Only hiccup was during a transfer the driver sent behaved in a rude manner. However, the team from Clipago handled the situation very professionally as this was a situation beyond their control. Some hiccups happen, but to acknowledge and take corrective action defines attitude of the agency. So for all you guys reading the testimonial, you can go ahead and book your trips with clipago and they will do their best to give you the best memories.

Experience was very good, had no much issues as the itinerary was planned on advance in good way. Few improvements which can be thought of. 1. Single point of contact necessary instead of multiple people contacting during travel. 2. Hotels with Indian food would have been better.
