However, a few things could be improved: The cab arrangement for one local transfer was disappointing; the vendor was informed, but the experience still stood out negatively against an otherwise well-organized trip. Hotel choices in Busan and Daegu could have been better. While locations were prime, the rooms were very small and cramped, and we ended up with a single bed for two adults. Restrooms were especially tight and uncomfortable. Overall, recommend Travel Triangle for their reliability and ease of planning, but hope to see some attention to hotel quality and better vendor management going forward.
