As it was my first Uttarakhand trip so I had many silly doubts but he was patient enough to answer my questions. WhatsApp group was active 24/7. Drivers came in time. Hotels were excellent. We started from Chandigarh to Shimla and then to Manali. This whole Trip was planned by The Drift 9. Overall Journey is awesome and well planned. Negi Ma'am was personally looking after us, her behaviour was very cordial and she is always eager to help us and also providing some valuable inputs. I had specifically asked for 4 star properties and was quoted amount for the same. Lemon Tree thimpu is a 3 star property as per google and other major websites and Lemon Tree manager also said it is a 3 star property. Valley Travels passes it off as a 4 star Property. In Paro we were changed from Tashi Namgay, a 4 star property to tiger's Nest at the last minute. Tiger's Nest is a very old Property without proper plumbing and very far off from Airport as well as city center.

This trip was truly exceptional. Travel On Ease did an outstanding job organizing every detail, from the perfectly planned itinerary to the comfortable accommodations and fantastic activities. Highly recommend for all. In Sales Team Vaishali mam quik response and action on every things and also service team. Cab driver behaviour was good and co-operate.
