We (Me, including group of 9 friends) had a pleasant experience with Travel Triangle during our Bali trip in April 2026. Minshu and Ritu from TT suggested good travel agents, and we chose Kalpana Tours from Chandigarh, where Avishek managed our trip.
Thanks to Minshu and Ritu for promptly handling
all our queries before and during the trip. They were always available to assist us with platform-related questions, payments, vouchers, etc.
A special thanks to Avishek from Kalpana Tours for managing our itinerary so well, accommodating our requirements, and always being available to resolve our queries—even at midnight (India time). The support from Avishek and his team truly made our trip more memorable.
Overall, the service from Travel Triangle and Kalpana Tours was excellent. However, we did observe a few areas of improvement—more as suggestions for future Bali travelers:
1. Our stay at Legian Paradiso Hotel in Kuta was very good. The service, breakfast, and overall ambience were up to the mark, and I would highly recommend it.
However, our experience at Prayatna Villas Ubud (private pool villa) was disappointing. The breakfast options were extremely limited (only one veg/egg option), portions were minimal, and even extra bread was chargeable. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 7 AM for any assistance, which could be risky in emergencies. Some basic amenities were also missing, and the location is quite remote. I would not recommend this property.
2. Our assigned driver initially tried to rush through the itinerary and was reluctant to cover some en-route places. After raising the concern with him and later with Avishek’s local team, the issue was resolved and the driver became cooperative.
3. Suggestion for travelers: If your plan is to relax at the hotel, a 10 AM start is fine. But if you want to explore Bali fully, it’s better to leave by 9 AM, as sunsets are early and markets in many places close by then.
Despite a few stressful moments (which are quite normal in any trip), our overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we reached out to Avishek, he was always available with quick solutions, regardless of the time.
Avishek, Minshu, and Ritu were extremely helpful throughout, and I would definitely recommend their services for a Bali trip. Looking forward to planning my next trip with them again.

No follow up was made during entire trip in regards to hotel or driver..Driver didn't have any details as what places he has to make us visit and was un interested all the time..we called travel agent but no sure what they speak to driver ... infact driver was. lain ABT him . The itinerary which was made doesn't contain any local sight seeing like chamera lake or kalatop or Pancho Ulla etc...we had to pay extra to different driver to visit these places.
The places they covered was chamba one day and khajjiar another day..which can be clubbed in a single day as distance between them was 25 Kms only and didn't had much places to visit. We as traveller don't know much bt travel agent shud have all those info..
The only good part of trip was hotel which I chose myself and gave that preference to the travel agent.

From the time of landing, pickup to the hotel was smooth. At the hotel reception, rep mentioned that the room we have booked will not be sufficient to us as the triple room is too small to fit all of us and the agent should have informed about it earlier. When we got into the room it was indeed too
small and it was difficult to manage with kids.
The 2nd day city tour and night safari was fine but the driver could have been more communicative in providing details of the places visited. There was a Chinese temple where he dropped us for 10min to roam around and when I asked the name of the temple he asked me to go and check it where everything was in Chinese. I had to google to find the name.
3rd day pick up was delayed by around 90min which affected the duration of the Sentosa visit. After waiting for nearly an hour in the heat outside hotel we had to get inside to the reception and as soon as the vehicle reached the location I get a message stating that we will move the vehicle as it’s already late as if it’s our mistake not allowing us the needed time to walk outside. this happened couple of times which needs change to maintain a good experience and I acknowledge that the visitors should be on time to avoid inconvenience to others where as here it was vice versa.
The rest of the visits were good. Well coordinated. Tickets were shared on time and the team also helped in locating the pick up location after one of our activities. Overall good experience. Just few things to look into and take care going forward. Thank you.
