Drivers behavior was good clean and neet very polite his driving skill was good but at some places he was driving rash passengers sitting on the middle row was literally moving hear n there

The trip was ok. The driver aligned on Day-1 was very rude. Dint know the way to talk to guest. He was very frustrating and irritating person. Dint even know how to drive, I would have rated driver 0, but the driver on day2 was good, hence I have given 3 stars. The travel agent was supportive, however it seems there were gaps as what were discussed with him and planned. We had a flight landing at 7 and when we visited hotel, the manager told us that the checkin would be at 12 pm. On calling the travel agent he said that the hotel arrangment is on the basis of availability. Ideally he should have told me earlier if this was the situation. Also his alignment with the cab agency was also not good. The cab agent was telling something and the travel agent said something else. I mean this kind of scenarios would have been avoided if they had a better planning before my visit. I bit disappointed with the experience I had this time. I have been travelling with travel triangle from quite some time and things have been great. Hoping to have better services in future.

Review - Kashmir trip with Guided trips Thank you for arranging our recent trip to Kashmir. Overall, the experience was okay, enhanced significantly by the beauty of the region itself. However, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the services provided. We found our assigned driver was not fully aware of our planned itinerary and required frequent reminders. His enthusiasm for showing us the sights seemed limited, leading us to believe he might not have been experienced in guided tours. We were also surprised to learn that our booking had been passed on to another agency. While the driver was punctual and the car was in good condition, we feel the level of coordination could have been significantly improved. As first-time visitors, we anticipated more proactive communication and guidance, perhaps a short daily check-in, to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also encountered an issue with another driver in Pehelgam, who seemed eager to cut our visit short. On the positive side, we greatly appreciate the 14-month credit you extended due to the original trip cancellation last year. The hotel you suggested was excellent, and the timely pick-up and drop-off arrangements were satisfactory. We hope this feedback is helpful. While the travel agency services were somewhat overshadowed by Kashmir's natural beauty, we still enjoyed our trip and are considering returning in another season. 1. Flight booked was worst, for this much long journey. 2. One hotel provided was completely out of city. There is no option for the resturant and and online food delivery is not working for that location. Delivery person declined delivery again and again due to distance and location.

I recently booked a trip through Trip Daddy via Travel Triangle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Coordination Issues: There was a clear lack of coordination between the agent and taxi providers, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays during the trip. Hotel Experience: The agent recommended “The Kimaya by Sea,” highlighting its proximity to the sea and good hygiene, which I agree with. However, the staff at the hotel were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. It seemed as though the hotel was being managed by someone without any prior experience in the hospitality industry. The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited and unappealing options. Activity Management: The agent made several decisions regarding activities without consulting me or providing any explanations. This led to inconvenience during the trip and gave me the impression that my preferences and comfort were not prioritized. The agent's attitude felt dismissive and as if I was being taken for granted. Overall, I expected a well-planned and hassle-free vacation, but the lack of professionalism and poor coordination greatly impacted my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.

Dear Trip Triangle, Greetings for the day! I have planned all my past trips on my own. This time due to other priorities I chose Trip triangle based on a friend's reference to get a proper and hustle free itinerary, best negotiated hotel prices, language friendly driver and a lot of memories throughout the trip. I would like to give my experience and feedback: Hotels were suggested by us, there was no price negotiation done from 7C's Destination. I was getting the same hotel tariff as the agents. The agent does not suggest the hotels as per our suggestion and our needs, they lack a list of hotels. The itinerary is so vaguely mentioned and the driver is unaware about all the sightseeing places we want to visit daily. Driver appointed to us acted sweet , humble but was cunning , always confused and always trying to fool us. Day 1: He did not take us to sight seeing as we reached late. 2 waterfalls mentioned on the itenary were not visited, the reason being no water, dark etc. Accepted all the reasons given by him. Day 2: He would not take us for sightseeing, instead take us to spice garden Ayur valley and force us to buy from there as we will not get good quality spices anywhere else. He dropped us at the hotel and when we asked about the sightseeing, he couldn't take us as the itinerary was not shared with him.I had to call the 7C's Destination agent Mr. Renjit to talk to him. Eravikulam National park was closed he should have mentioned earlier after reaching Munnar Mr. Renjit is saying you cannot visit due to breeding time. Day 3: We could not visit Periyar national park as it was fully booked 1 day prior. We spoke with other guests who had done online booking. On top of that Mr. Renjit is blaming us for not reaching prior 1 pm. To summarise the trip: Delhi Trip agent was not ethical, suggested we cancel the trip request at the trip triangle and they would give additional Rs 10,000 discount. 7 C's Destination were talking about ethics but lack to fulfill comments mentioned in the itinerary. Driver was taking commission at every place we visited Spicy shopping, Ayurvedic centers, Kerala chips and even for bookings which we did by ourselves. We received constant complaint calls from the surfing and kayaking schools stating the driver asked for commission. On declining the commission the driver posted negative feedback on the internet. Driver would not stay in our hotel or nearby hotels. He would be late by 20mins to 30 mins in the morning to pick us from the hotel due to which we missed all the major sightseeings in Munnar and Varkala. Other tour guests were getting the discount at Jatayu Earth center while we did not get any discount. We have spent Rs 1,06,340 but it was not worth it. It could have been much better.
