The halong bay cruise they had arranged for us was just out of the world and a mesmerizing experience. The follow up from the support team was spot on. Nowhere we had to wait for our pick up drivers. Travel agent Prabhat undoubtedly made an itenerary accomodating our requirements. However execution was a challenge due to the driver. Our driver Rakibul was completely disinterested since day 1. Played games on the phone during driving and was on calls on speedy highways, until we strongly warned h

im. He cribbed to cover the promised itinerary and often exaggerated the traffic to be able to skip few places. Hardly had any local knowledge about places and had to call his acquaintance every single time to check. We had to call our agent. Also tried to have his cut in tourist locations and in Dawki made us pay Rs 600 more. Our travel agent Prabhat was reachable at all points in time and we had to ask him to intervene multiple times. The hotels were decent. But lots of missing co ordination between agency and driver which is not acceptable
