        Overall the experience was good... Except for one thing. Our last day itinerary had to be cancelled due to bad weather... And the local agent kept asking us to go ahead with it since there was one boat operator who was supposedly willing to go ahead with the tour... We could not possibly take the risk with young families and when asked about a refund, the local agent flatly refused saying refunds are not possible and that you have to do this tour or some other tour.... This left a bad taste in our mouth right at the end of the trip... The tour was cancelled due to no fault of ours so we should get a refund for the tour for sure.

        It would have been a great and memorable trip for us if we hadn't had to constantly ask the Travel agency for proper packages. There were many hassles due to small rooms, CAB timings, Activity tickets and transport facilities. I have been traveling with TT for a long time, but this was one of a hell ride for us. Eventually we still managed to get the best out of the trip (No thanks to the Travel agency). We loved Thailand and have enjoyed a lot irrespective of so many hurdles from Travel Yatri in every step.

        The stay was amazing.The scheduling was good too.But the support team failed really bad at krabi and phuket with different sorts of excuses. They were sorry many times. They were not supportive at all and were stuck on the side of their stupid local agent and did not provide any compensation for their mistakes and kept pushing us into a frustrating experience. But the Booking experience with travel Triangle was great and the Itinerary was prepared very well by the agent Vandana of My Travel Calendar.But the support team totally disappointed with their miscommunication and cost us a day tour. The App User interface is totally cool and I have recommended it to many people. I liked how a trip advisor was assigned and was very prompt with all my queries.         We had booked our thailand trip from travel triangle and our trip planner was satyaveer from clipago travels . We visited every place as per itinerary planned ,Thanks to mukesh and satyaveer for planning our trip nicely . Best part of trip was of Chiangrai where we felt fortunate to visit multiple temples and Lalitha café experience was awesome for us. Drivers were professional and cabs sent by mukesh were mostly comfortable and on time .There were few hick-ups & delay we faced in getting cab at Chiangmai airport and discussed same with satyaveer he has taken the action immediately.Satyaveer and Mukesh takes client feedback positively and provides immediate response. We had quality time spent in krabi and phuket as well , All hotels we booked as per itinerary have shown great hospitality.We found bangkok experience was not that much great as lot of crowd and traffic we found in December month . We booked chaophraya dinner cruise which was not so good experience for us other than that all places experience went really nice and worth memorable . Special thanks to Satyaveer who was always accessible during our trip and was very helpful and polite whenever his help required.Overall trip was amazing , thank you. Blue , white , black temple, Lalitha Cafe experience in chiangrai and 7 islands trip in krabi were worth memorable and awesome.
