My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Travel Triangle and with LVP. I had tweaked my travel plans so many time to get it right and the support I got from Jenny (at LPV) was tremendous. The locations of the hotels were spot on, right in the middle of the city center, meaning getting around was easy and things of interest were accessible. The organization of the pick-up / drops and transfers were managed perfectly and we had no trouble getting around. Our domestic flight and our bus from HCM to Phnom Penh were suitably arranged. Our tour guides were great too. Food was a bit of a problem for my wife, being vegetarian so we had to search around for places, as the choices in the hotel and majority of the places were few. But that was exciting in its own way, as we discovered quite a few places of interest. I must point out that we got free upgrades in two locations we stayed at, considering that it was Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we could'nt have asked for more. I guess the only downside was that we had a jam-packed trip, which was exhusting for us towards the end of it. I would recommend some more free time be slotted in. But that depends of preferences. Rakshada was of great help in coordinating with Jenny and I thank you both. Overall, kudos guys. Great job. I shall be recommending Travel Triangle and LVP, further.

Overall a very great experience on the trip. While there were communication issues with the agent which may have impacted some of the choices we made for the trip, the support given during the trip was very good. They were able to manage or compensate when things did not go according to plan or expectations and this was without any ask from our side !! Vietnam and Cambodia has a lot of interesting places to see and i think we made the right choice in going with TT Visiting the temples in Siem Reap. Angkor wat and others. The guide was very patient in explaining the history and culture behind them.

We loved the entire tour and its arrangements made by Bamboo Hat Tours. The coordination and timing were absolutely fantastic. The minutest details that we had asked to be attended before and during the tour was impeccable. The local tour, guides, food choices (vegetarian) and timings were absolutely great. Sophie from Bamboo Hat Tours organised this trip wonderfully ! We felt so safe ! My daughter and wife who are hard to please were extremely satisfied with all arrangements. Thoughtfullness of creating a surprise of arranging a cake for my birthday in Halong Bay cruise was a great experience. Thank you !!!! We had a blast ! The tour guides were super friendly and helpful ! I had no problems and found a beautiful Indian restaurant right opposite my hotel ! The country is simply beautiful

All of our tours were amazing, most of our hotels were clean and with good services. Our travel agent was very responsive too. Although one thing I think can be improved which is to provide Indian Vegetarian food on cruise and other tours as well, as we were not able to eat the local vegetarian food in Vietnam. But overall hassle free experience

They never bothered to even reply to my doubts. My travel trip incharge Ms Chetna was good and helpful, just a bit difficult to catch hold of on the phone when called. But she helped me positively with all the issues or doubts I had.

She even provided recommendations for our leisure days. All the drivers provided to us were professional and arrived for timely pick-ups. The trip was great . Travel agents Ms. Julia & Ms. Jenny from LVP were extremely helpful. I thank them for their support. The guides & vehicles provided were also very good. Thanks for making our trip memorable.
