We had a great time on this trip. The package was customised well to suit our budget and preferences. Thanks Steven Tran and IndoChina for this Wonderful trip to Hanoi. It was very smooth booking experience with Steven , He even helped in applying VISA which we received in no time. Steven is very supportive, reachable and courteous. From getting taxi on time to check-in to hotel and travel to Halong Bay and Ninh Bin, everything was perfect.

Steve was continuously in ouch with me throughout the trip, checking on how it was going. He kept updating me an evening in advance about the next day's pick-up time. He took out the time to meet me in Hanoi and very thoughtful of him for bringing me gifts as a token of appreciation for giving him the business. I wish him and his company the very best. Whole trip organized by Ms Huyem Pham from IndoChina travel agency was awesome including site seeing, tour guides , Hotels, activities and staff & their services, People from vietnam are very helpful and polite for the visitors,,,,,,,it was the most vibrant trip for us......I would like to visit again along with package tour prepared by Ms Huyem Pham. Furthermore, TravelTriangle did also great job but there slow and ignorant behaviour after Trip was frustrating Hanoi beer street, keim lake, Halong bay cruise and surprise caves, Danang's Lady Buddha, caves ,Hoi An town's Lartern boating, Bana hills..

Every aspect, from the exceptional hotels to the knowledgeable and engaging travel guides, exceeded our expectations. We were especially delighted by your thoughtful efforts to accommodate our vegetarian dietary needs, a truly unexpected and appreciated surprise. (1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. Thanks to Travel Triangle and its partner companies to arrange this beautiful tour in Hanoi and other places for me and my family. I convey that the whole tour was designed well and the same was executed in an efficient way. The booking of package and air ticket was smooth. Transporters, guides, hotel staff, cruise crew all were well behaved and rendered good services. The places covered were worth visiting. Although there was some confusion in payments, which was solved amicably, we all enjoyed our stay and tour in Vietnam. The standard hotels provided were reasonably good. Halong bay with cruise.

I recently had an amazing 9-day trip to Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. A big thanks to Lila Dao from S Vietnam Trips for planning and customizing our itinerary, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support, along with Michael and his team’s prompt assistance during the trip. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. We were assured hotels with 4 star category. But hotels in Ho Chi Minh city & Hanoi were not of this category. The room was too small at HCM. The room at Hanoi was ill equipped as far as infrastructure was concerned. The Ha Long bay Cruise was a memorable one. The Mekong Delta trip was also a good one.

We took a scenic cable car ride to the top, where we marvelled at the Golden Bridge and enjoyed panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The French Village added a charming European touch to our adventure. - Ho Chi Minh: Our trip concluded in Ho Chi Minh City, where we explored vibrant markets. Conclusion Overall, this trip to Vietnam was a fantastic experience made possible by Tom's dedication and meticulous planning and all the help from from Kanchan.
