It was our first time experience with Street Romeo Travel Planner and we were more than delighted. They helped us in having a hassle-free trip. Starting from day 1 till the last day, not even for once were we worried for anything. Our journey, tickets, cabs, route, everything was planned in such a great way that we did not have to ask or refer anybody. Such an amazing experience it was! We had a great experience with the all the three countries ( France, Swiss & Italy) visited in Europe. Planning and bookings were pretty well done as per expectation. The itinerary set for all the locations were made the best use of our time. The Hotels we stayed in Paris, Swiss and Rome were good and located at good location especially the hotel at Lucern (Switzerland) is one of the best as it is located very near to Railway station and Hotel staff was also very friendly and helping. Only the staying experience in Novotel Hotel in Venice is not that good, people there were not friendly and AC was also not working in our room. Our overall experience to Europe was amazing the trip is memorable and unforgettable. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our flights, trains, and private transfers. We also enjoyed our guided tour in Venice. We wanted to thank Shuhbham who co-ordinated with us very well in each and every queries we asked before the trip and during the trip as well. This is my 2nd International trip with Travel Triangle and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to have a trip with Travel Triangle if they don't have enough time to plan the trip. Thank you for organizing such an amazing trip for us and taking care of all the details!

Trip was amazing..Hub Holidays was really good and all arrangements were perfectly done..frankly speaking, never expected it to be so flawless..Special thanks to Shubham from Hub Holidays, for his prompt response, clear explanation and coordination..We had a wonderful time at Paris, Switzerland and Rome..little odd situation at Venice, we dint like that so much..but rest, everything was perfect!! Memorable visits at Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris, Mt Titlis, Colosseum, Vatican City Rome.. I shall come back to Hub Holidays again..and this was my 3rd booking through Travel Triangle... Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris, Mt Titlis, Colloseum, Vatican City Rome..

Overall experience was good, as a family we enjoyed the trip. One issue we faced is in travel from lugano to Italy. Flixbus was arranged. Froml ugano train station to pickup point of flix bus was not very clear. Pickup point given was general, with all baggages, so we almost missed the bus. I suggest don't provide this connection. in paris if the hotel can be in a walking distance of metro it will be good. Also in Venice if the hotel can be in venizia area it will be easier. We were in novitel, had to walk 1 km for a bus and 30 mins in bus to get to venizia We enjoyed mount titlis, kids enjoyed fifa museum and lindt chocolate factory

Pros: 1. Trip planning and coordination 2. Hotel selection - In city centers 3. Communication & Politeness 4. Good response from Anmol, and Amit when required 5. Anmol has Good experience planning trips (Europe trip for us) & he is very patient too. Provided vouchers on time 6. Helped us with trains, and bus modifications (Inter-travel) Cons: 1. We had to do follow-ups on certain things before travel which they can improve and suggest. Forex, Consuming timings for immigration checks, and places to visit. (For example, immigration will take min 1-4 hrs, and Some places like 'Lawre museum' takes more time to see everything (More than 4 hours). 2. Suggestions on currency conversions (Forex) would have been helpful. 3. Also, suggest utilizing local Metro Trains, Bus, and apps for the same to use in Paris, Swiss, and Italy Etc. 4. Delayed providing invoices/bills on request. Finally, the trip planning was awesome and we had good memories.

Not a paid review, if needed you can give a call :) .. Long post alert!! Fabulous is the word!!! Kudos to Shell and Pearl Holidays .. especially Sailesh!! He is the man you should look for :) Reliable, Amazing Quality, Promptness, Empathising, Value for money, Friendly, Cooperative, Knowledgable, Understanding Till now I have always travelled abroad either on company bills or through brands like Makemytrip or Yatra in group package This is the first time I planned my holiday on my own and asked Shell and Pearl to curate it as a private trip. We celebrated our Xmas and New years in Spain and France (12 day trip). We were a bit apprehensive about going on a private tour with a 4 yr old kid, given that we planned to take trains, flights and explore not so touristy stuff across cities using public transport. But, What an excellent service by Shell and Pearly Holidays!!! I never had a good image of travel Advisors (don't want to call them agents, sounds very low) before this, had heard lot of stories about how bad they treat customers or in terms of services. I got a service which even brands like MakeMyTrip or Yatra can never match (trust me I have been in their packages lot many a times). The kind of proactiveness and eagerness Sailesh and team showed to make my holiday a wonderful experience was just amazing. I would like to specially mention about Sailesh here, who right from our first meeting was so polite and acted as our family member suggesting us things that would really work for us or won't work .. heard us well, he knew that we are travelling with a kid and made the trip in such a way that we are comfortable with a kid. Picking our calls on the first ring and answering our qns on whatsapp even late in the night. This is something that not even big customer care teams are able to achieve. Shell and Pearl made sure that I got all the tickets, bookings etc in time. I never had to crib or do followups in terms of the deliveries. I must tell you, that the kind of package they made for me in terms of activities, cities to be covered , quality hotels, internal transfers etc, they gave a quote that no one else can ever match. Beauty was that there was a hefty amount that had to be refunded to me due to some sudden change in the itinerary, and I can't believe that I told Sailesh the amount to be refunded, and without any procrastination or arguments to hold the amount, he transferred it in a day's time. I never had such comfort collecting money from any one else :) One Instance - I could not get reservation in eurail from Madrid to Seville due to Xmas rush and only 1st class was available, which was expensive on spot booking. I had a flamenco show booking in the evening at seville, which I could have seen only if I travel in that train 1st class. Sailesh without blinking for a second asked me to book it and offered me a refund of the differential amount, as he did not want me to miss the show scheduled in the evening. Can't tell you how much comfort that gave me given that I was so stuck at the station with a kid who was totally tired, I wanted a helping hand then, and Sailesh just did it!! Despite giving such a competitive pricing, I was amazed to see that he offered me hotels that were great, I stayed in good hotels throughout and the internal transfers given were top class. The promptness was such that when when we asked him to suggest us city lockers, activities late in night somewhere around 11-12 pm, he still researched about them and sent us important information, which saved a lot of effort. Can't than enough the entire Shell and Pearl team to make my travel so memorable, They have become my travel advisors for life :)

We have booked through Mtp vacations pvt ltd since it is listed in travel triangle .We had a very bad experience.They have given us hotels which were different from the vouchers downloaded.Everyday we have to wait for the booking of tickets for internal travel .Till last moment they were not giving tickets.We have to go on reminding them.Trains from Paris to Zurich and Rome . When we have paid money in advance why should they not give tickets in advance.I don't understand.Every day we have to beg them to give next day's tickets. Last minute they have changed the hotel in Rome We were in a confusion.When we called they were not responding.We really had a tough time.The hotel which they have changed in the last minute in Rome was a Christian church sort of thing.It is rather a hostel. We are very disappointed We managed some how
