This is not the first trip I have done through Travel Triangle. However this will certainly be my last. I had a really tough time in many things while I was holidaying in Thailand. We take trips to ease our mind but it was sad to see that the support team was not of much use and they only added to the headache. First, the final itinerary was shared one day before the trip started due to a confusion at their end. As such last minute changes to timing and transfers were done which could not be amended easily. This was also done after a lot of arguments with the support team. Secondly, even though any trip may have unforeseen circumstances it was really sad to see that the support team was there to support the suppliers only and the travelers were of no importance. It is as if once you have paid for the trip they are not concerned with what happens to you. It used to be different earlier. Your company has changed. Thirdly, support team should be flexible enough to accommodate the requests of the travelers when are on a customized trip. Sadly that was not the case. Fourth, the food in the islands was pathetic especially for vegetarians. Should have been communicated earlier. Lastly, I would just say that your company is now more interested in making money as even those activities which were promised in the itinerary were being miscommunicated during the trip so that some more money could be extorted. When your resort to such practices then the faith in your company comes down. I hope you will make amends to your practices as currently it looks like you have forgot your customer centric approach. PS: The hotels were good and as per specifications and as such there are no complaints there. Just thought ill mention a good point also.

The whole trip was well planned as per my requirements and needs. I would definitely refer Manish to all my friends and family members who plan to go on trips in the future.The trip organized by pardeshi travels was awesome. My special thanks to Mr. Manish & team, once aagain, who did all the planning for me and he was simply awesome. He did all the charting based on my preferences and he was in touch with me on each and every day following up for any improvements to be made on the trip. But to be honest there was nothing more to be improved in the trip. I really enjoyed it. vehicle was neat & clean, local staff very polite, best hotels booking. Will give Excellent 5**** star rating for all. River cruise and Dream world.

Hotels could be much better.. and have seen few who came with packages including national park fee.. I don’t know how that’s decided.. anyways rest everything was great.. would recommend to my friends and family

Everything from inquiry to back home after trip happened very smoothly. The services and price by Setango Travels is worth every penny, the service were A1 and we could not even point out 1 fault by Setango. Superb cordination by Rahul Katana and amazing itninerary setup by Rahul Kumar. The Rahul duo really know their work well. I would suggest to go ahead with Setango without a doubt.

Thailand 08 th March 2019 Trip was of 10 days & was very well planned by the team.Hotels at Phuket(Chanalai Hillside),Pattaya(Rabbit Resort) & Bangkok(Eastin Grand hotel) were excellent.SIC tranfers were V.good for tour.Private transfers were good except one from Pattaya to Bangkok ,Mr.Amit was notified for same for better cab in private transfer,issue was resolved in next transfer got a decent cab for pick & drop.On site co-ordination with thai agents were good they provided all required support.Overall it was a memorable trip had an amazing time with the help of Mr. Amit & Mr. Ankit.Highly recommend J.Routers.

We had a fun trip - were able to cover all the major attractions and had time for our personal getaways. The agent gave us the best possible quote with all the changes we have asked for. The team was available just a call away whenever we faced hiccups - one of my friends misplaced her phone in one of the transfer cabs and the POC went out of his way to help us out, really appreciate that gesture. They have even arranged us last minute extra airport transfers at no extra cost. Glad we planned our trip with Navigatio, couldnt have asked for a more chilled and well planned grad trip.

I am fine with travel triangle in helping in customising and getting vendor quotes. However, I am not atall happy with Setango Travel Pvt Ltd, whom i have booked by 11day trip to thailand. They are really dis-organized and are business centric. They do not care for customers/tourists. In a country like Thailand, language is a big barrier, however, the drivers provided, including the Sentago staff in Thailand do not speak english good. The quote says, english speaking guide or staff, but none was provided. Further, daily schedule is not given in time, unless you remind them couple times for the next day, they do not provide. And once provided, everything is a mess, nothing is pre-booked on your name, you show-up at the gate and will have to be surprised, either they did not book it for you, or they changed the timing (change will not be communicated to you),
