Our driver, Bhalu Sir, was incredibly kind and experienced, serving as both a driver and guide. He ensured we visited all the famous spots in Ooty. A big thanks to Travel Triangle for the excellent arrangements, and special thanks to Rahul, our agent, who supported us throughout the trip. A small suggestion for Travel Triangle: please coordinate with the car owner, as he was pressuring us to pay the remaining amount directly to him without consulting the Travel Triangle agent. Other than that, everything went smoothly and was amazing.

Had a good experience with travel traingle previously. This time I feel the we had not been compensated properly with regards to hotel. Hotel exterior looked nice and the inside was clean but it was extremely small. Barely enough space for one bed, let alone the luggages. I'm not sure how much margin is kept aside by travel triangle for profit. But I feel like the for the price we paid the hotel experience could have been better. Apart from that all good

Overall experience is awesome. On first day of hotel checkin time is wasted as the room is booked on someone's name instead mine. There's no communication between travel agent and cab driver with the package plan details where we faced slight change in the plans.

You have clearly mentioned that there is Toy train in the trip which is the main attraction of course. Byt you have not provided that. Why to mention it in the itinerary if you can't provide that. It is like adding it for money. I have asked clearly in the call before booking the trip about the train. Disappointed with this.

Always stick to your words before and after bookings..prior to bookings you kept calling and and mailing for every word or every single query but after booking there was no any confidential or any responsible responses. I had paid approximately 1000 rupees extra after bookings

Hotel is really nice. I got 2 different drivers for 2 days trip. 1st day driver reached us on time, but he covered very less places. There is a gap in communication between drivers, since first day driver actually planned to start trip at 10 am next day, but he didn't come and 2nd day driver reached us late at 11am. But once reached, he is very good in exploring places and really nice, and because of traffic we cannot cover dolphin nose, instead he suggested some temples and it's really nice place and he stayed with us till 8.30pm. 2nd day driver is far better than 1 day driver.
