The food was very good in the boat house but it was old boat, was not able to lock the washrooms. The sight seeing was very execellence ,the driver helped us for the sight seeing ,very co operative driver but driver didnt take us to mattypatty dam and echo point,we took a jeep service. Tv not working in house boat. And spice jungle resort restaurant food and services not good. Your travel agent continueously calling me to confirm the package. But after completion of travel no calls received whether we complete our last journey safely or not. He is only concentrating on money. Not customer safety. Cab driver superb. House boat food and cook and captains are good.

It was not good trip at all, and neither the point of contacts were easily reachable specially from traveltriangle.It was short trip, but felt, the arrangements could had organized better from travel triangle and Holiday station. Driver was good but very stringent and were trying to fit our trip based on his convenience.For House boat at allepey, we need to wait for almost 35 minutes and tried all possible way to reach out the contacts from travel triangle and Holiday station. Not received any call from traveltraingle. No latch available in hotel room, food option was not good.Trip was not value for money.
