      Overall the trip was good. But we insisted you to book alappey boat house but it was not booked there. Cab fee is the highest one. First day we travel around 100 km and day also around 50 km but we paid 4400. Maraikulam beach, elephant ride, marine drive

      The trip was good ..But I have requested to book backwaters house boat in Alleppy but the travelsailor.com provided somewhere else "Cherthala".I wanted to visit Alleppy once but the driver also denied to take us to Alleppy because he needs to drive 23kms more .and he was always rushing and simply asked us to see the place and come .We cannot spend much time in most of the arrtactions.

      Except Hotel, everything is good. The photos of hotel shown in website are far different from the real ones. The resort is full of stinky smell without even a air freshener in a room. The bed is completely damaged and we felt like resting on a cardboard. The walls of the Resort are filled with moss & the view from the window is horrible. Totally disappointed with the hotel, I'll call it as a resort. The driver is friendly & on time. Our travel agent, Vineet is always available on call & arranged everything in order . Overall good trip

      The boathouse provided was in bad condition...had very old furniture..Only rooms were maintained to an extent...all other parts of the boat need to be maintained. Blue Mare hotel was good. Geysers in both boat and hotel we're not working. They managed to give little hot water in the bucket. Food was good in both places and cab driver was awesome

      Trip was good, the resort was awesome, resort in good place. but I had bad experience with driver, driver is not supported properly, and he doesn't know any language accept Malayalam, he didn't covered any good places. And final am very un satisfied with driver. Second thing agent from Guru Ji travel he is not responded my calls, am very upset regarding sales person behaviour. Which we booked room in resort it is not good, it's too dark and no ventilation properly and very small room. Finally please provide good and better benefits to customer and try to give good service. Please improve your service style Resort was very good, had very good experience with Kerala trip and resorts people's are too good. Ande averau support from travel triangle

      HI, I have booked my trip through Rocking trips for Kerela. Hotel in Munnar is good and cab and the cab driver is very good. The problem comes when we reached to Alleapy for Houseboat experience. It was a private houseboat, two people were there on the houseboat to assist us one is driver and other is a cook. Both people were very nice to us and they prepared very nice food. Now comes to bedroom hygiene, It was horrible. In the room there are spiders and on the bed also many time we found the spider. Tap water has small insects which I have noticed while handwash we have not used tap water after that. The towels they have given is very dirty (has many black and grey spots). Anyhow, we have to spend a night there in the houseboat we slept outside. Everything was good except houseboat. People on the houseboat were very nice to us.

      The trip was very good. But what we felt is the planning of places(guidance by travel agent) can be done still better..... We were offered munnar-allepey-kochi package. But what we felt is rather it can be made as 2 days Munnar and 1 day Alleppey and kochi Because 3rd day we went to kochi and there was nothing to be visited...... We were disappointed to have wasted 1 precious day..... Whereas we could have utilised it in Munnar, where there are so many places to be visited It would have been really awesome if were suggested 2days Munnar and 1day kochi and Alleppey trip We had wonderful time in Munnar and Alleppey. The sceneric beauty of Munnar is treat to eyes and so pleasing..... Just loved it

      Very harsh driving and atleast he stopped 4 times by other drivers on the road.. We had a day to cover Munnar and driver has no idea which places to take and he was least bothered to take us places. Which ever places we ask for stop over for sight seeing he seemed not bothered. If we ask we want to go to particular place he says there is nothing to see.. instead he wasted time.. he has no estimate of time for reaching places.. too much disappointed.. would never recommended this guy for any travellers.. Awesome weather in Munnar and location of madhumantra resort was awesome.. it was like I expected.. boat house was okay but different experience..

      Hotels abd the sevicea lf travel agent is good. But you said the driver is driver cum guide. But the driver assignes doesnot know the places what to visit and what not to visit. Instead we had to look for the place and give him directions. Best is the cliffotel
