Overall the trip was good. But we insisted you to book alappey boat house but it was not booked there. Cab fee is the highest one. First day we travel around 100 km and day also around 50 km but we paid 4400.

The trip was good ..But I have requested to book backwaters house boat in Alleppy but the travelsailor.com provided somewhere else "Cherthala".I wanted to visit Alleppy once but the driver also denied to take us to Alleppy because he needs to drive 23kms more .and he was always rushing and simply as
ked us to see the place and come .We cannot spend much time in most of the arrtactions.

Except Hotel, everything is good. The photos of hotel shown in website are far different from the real ones. The resort is full of stinky smell without even a air freshener in a room. The bed is completely damaged and we felt like resting on a cardboard. The walls of the Resort are filled with moss
& the view from the window is horrible. Totally disappointed with the hotel, I'll call it as a resort.
The driver is friendly & on time. Our travel agent, Vineet is always available on call & arranged everything in order . Overall good trip

The boathouse provided was in bad condition...had very old furniture..Only rooms were maintained to an extent...all other parts of the boat need to be maintained. Blue Mare hotel was good. Geysers in both boat and hotel we're not working. They managed to give little hot water in the bucket.

Trip was good, the resort was awesome, resort in good place. but I had bad experience with driver, driver is not supported properly, and he doesn't know any language accept Malayalam, he didn't covered any good places. And final am very un satisfied with driver.
Second thing agent from Guru Ji trav
el he is not responded my calls, am very upset regarding sales person behaviour.
Which we booked room in resort it is not good, it's too dark and no ventilation properly and very small room.
Finally please provide good and better benefits to customer and try to give good service.
