There was a small language issue with us and the driver since he doesn't speak our language but that was quiet manageable. Also the hotel was very good except that it wasn't cleaned completely. Also, whole of day 1 was spent traveling to coorg and it was not possible to accommodate any sight seeing (as planned) as we were not aware of the journey time to coorg and closure time of tourist places. Maybe that cud have been scheduled better.

      Tala cauvery couldn't be visited due to misinformation given by the driver that the road was closed. In the evening we came to know that the road was open and some traffic jam was there. The driver was unconcerned. There is no word 'Aap' in his hindi dictionary and liberally uses 'tum', tumare ko etc. The ride to Mandalpatty was the best part of the journey. The monsoon view of the surroundings and the play of the clouds, are worth the rickety drive uphill.

      The hotel provided was worst than a lodge The total trip costed us 18000 9000 was given to the cab driver 9000 was taken by the travel agent I don't think the so Called lodge where we stayed in costed 9000 for 3 days Absolutely wasted the money to stay in lodge

      Driver is good but the car had issues, on the way out had flat tyre had to stop and on the way back car broke down again had to stop. You guys should ensure car is of good condition. Also hotel not in madikiri you should book only in madikiri as kushalnagar has no cafe etc if one wants to step out this should have been told while selling hotel

      The arrangements were awesome. I dint find any deviation or compromise from my package. The travels and driver were so courteous and made us feel safe. Cab driver went out of his way to help us on many occasions. The stay at the hotel too was wonderful. Food and hospitality was excellent

      I am not at all happy with my travel agent..The trip plan was good but last day they spoiled everything..They did not told us the timings properly for the trip start and trip end because of this we had to cancel some places on last day and we had to end trip before reaching the home and booked uber to reach home back.Such a horrible experience.. please check the timings and all the charges in advance before finalizing the trip.

      The trip to Coorg was amazing but due to heavy rain we couldn’t visit 3 places like tala kaveri mandalpatti & Elephant Dubbare. So felt that the money spent on the trip was not fully utilised for visiting the places. The hotel stay was good but the food wasn’t great.

      1) hotel provided in coorg is ok. But bathroom odour 2) cab driver not able to communicate due to language issue. He was not aware of the few places that are mentioned in the itinerary 3) cab driver didn't guide properly in directing us to buy ticket. He used to park car little far 4) in itenarry the final payment was agreed for the last day but your team was requesting payment a day before and even stating trip might be canceled if payment not received a day before
