      Hotel was good but travel agent was not so good . Though they booked and sent us the voucher timely. But no follow up was taken. Whether we reached. We was late on day of journey, we ourself called hotel that we will be late. Even before journey i was not sure about covid protocol in uttrakhand state so i whatsapp the agent for updation, but no response was received, so i called the agent for updation. Which I received so i am giving 3 stars Previously also i made my trip with traveltriangle to jaipur. At that time the agent was awesome. I appreciate his hospitality.

      Hotel was far and there was so much network issue that we faced so much problems in reaching hotel and also after reaching there ,no wifi was available.And other than this ,we didn't like the sitabani safari at all because there were no animals at all . BAD .

      Hotel was good but I requested stay near station & provided stay was 12KM away from station . Which become hectic & added extra cost. Also I requested early check-in but hotel refused to provide as travel agent didn't provided such info to hotel management . I was able to check-in at 10. Food at hotel

      This was our 3rd trip booked by tt but it was worst regard to hotel and food quality...redt is as usual.Hotel property was good but not maintained et all,food quality was poor and there was no variety .at reception there was no a.c. and fan it was too humid and hot.staff was also very poor..there was no room for indoor games, out door games was not maintained..actually they cheated...it was like 2* but charged for 4*...service is very very poor.we cant believe on holiday mentor. . Our taxi driver was too good, we enjoyed our trip with him, he was senior citizen and gentle man, very punctual. Overall trip was good.

      Trip was good but hotel experience was totally spoiled. Property and its location was good but Hotel management was too bad, we had to suffer because a group of 25-30 people from corporate were there and they were given preference in all sense, 15 minute live music in restaurant, no bon fire, dinner too was not served on time. When we complained, manager said he had no information about anything and had nothing to say to us except sorry.
