Cab was good , driver & travel agent (Gurleen) were good... They did good job..

Overall experience was good. Detailed travel places along with details times to be described to travellers. Hotel breakfast timings were too late. So we bound to bypass it to leave on trip in time.

I had worst experience with travel triangle and agent. faced many issue on the trip. Once payment is done then we are on our own only to deal with issues. No one will check after the payment. Rakesh was our travel agent from dream yatra .there is no plan done for our trip. No proper cab arrangement/ hotel payment issue. missed half of the tour sight seeing. Most importantly Dream yatra do not pick call, they insist us to send whatsapp message only.I also raised all these concerns to traveltriangle in email but there is no response. I am giving rating as 10 since feedback is not getting submitted when i gave rating as 1. No good experience, it was a NIGHTMARE.

Our experience at the hotel in Bangalore was disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and there was no provision for breakfast. However, the hotel we stayed at in Shimoga was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional.

Good experience with trip, I would say it was really good, I had booked trip from ooty to banglore. The coordinator Sahil had manage the things in really good way and provided the perfect hotel & cab which made my trip memorable, Sahil thank you for the support. Travel agent didn't know about the basics of planning the trip. Didn't know about the opening times and permission required for visiting specific spot Confusion about pick up point wasn't resolved untill last moment and it unnecessarily wasted our time and energy . Driver unnecessarily asked us for extra 2000 rs . All that we were offered was hotel booking and car services . The driver didn't know about the local shops ,roads ,etc. We weren't informed about the syntheri rocks and caves were closed. And to be honest she didn't have manners how to talk and how to communicate please talk to her senior and you can cancel contract with her as soon as possible.She didn't know what her job was and our experience was horrible We weren't able to enjoy as much as possible due to wastage of our time in planning our trip ,.which was infact the job of travel agent Good hotel food Best water sports

Package cost is too high for just 3 days. Driver was obedient but not much interactive. Smooth driving and trip went really well. Good assistance by travel agent Rahul. But I feel this package cost is little high. Toy Train experience was amazing. Good hotel view but still it's under construction.
