Extremely well managed and Organised with great coordination between Indian Holiday and the local travel agents. All bookings and transfers were seamless. Overall it was an excellent tour of Vienna, Budapest and Prague. Some point of improvement for the agent or things which can be taken care by new travelers... 1. Searching for cab driver after landing at the Vienna airport was tough. 2.Rooms of Ramada encore in Vienna and IBIS in Budapest were very small. 3. There was no electric water heating machine ( used for tea/coffee) in IBIS-Budapest and Fortuna west-Prague, so it was little problem for us. 4. Fortune-West hotel in Prague was far away from the main city. 5.We should have been informed that exchange price in India is best as compared to European countries. Excellent response time, proactive and very professional. Special Appreciation to Agent- Daman, who designed my entire itinerary and made all the bookings

When I was searching for my Europe trip bookings, I found marketels quote most affordable as well as the sight-seeing options and intercity train booking in the package was too good among all agents out there. Therefor I made my booking through them.they curated excellent package mixed with hop on hop off plus other site seeing attractions was just amazing.....I loved their selection .my husband loved the tour experience. Great work by team travel triangle . Appreciate the whole team and to be precise Mr. Prashanth & Mr.Rohith who arranged everything on time and the whole process was swift . The three places (Prague, Vienna and Budapest ) recommended was perfect to end the year 2018 with a blast. The new year at Budapest was a lifetime experience. Thank you guys .

The itinerary for Prague, Vienna and Budapest was well designed with good hotels, enjoyable sightseeings and a pretty good flight, all these things at a reasonable price. However, a few negative experiences were - The initial list of documents for Schengen visa shared with us was incomplete, so we had to postpone our visa appointment Even after asking the travel agent multiple times for vegetarian meals on the flights, they were not requested for The agent informed us that the baggage allowance on Emirates is 23kg, even though 30kg check in baggage was allowed For one of our transfers, the cab pick up time was 40 mins after our arrival time. So we had to wait for our cab at the railway station Overall, a good experience for me and my family. Slightly better services would have made it a 'Perfect' trip for me.

Hey Shubham, i would like to than you (Travel Triangle ) and Memorable Vacations for the recent Europe Trip of ours. I would like to list few things on which you guys can improve upon so that our travel would be more pleasant. First let me speak about the good things that happened , thanks for giving us one of the best quotations which took nearly more than a month and it was worth the wait and customizations were allowed too. Second thing was we got to travel thru Flix Bus, EU Train while travelling across the different destinations in Europe, whcih helped us in exploring the scenic views and few of the scenes were magnificient and breath taking. Things that dint turn out well, NEVER EVER GIVE JUST 1 HOUR TRANSIT AT THE FRANKFURT AIRPORT, Just like how you guys had given to us, there was bit delay in departure in Blre we reached few mins late to frankfurt and airport is so so HUGE, we had go through security check again there and then by the time we reach the boarding gate and the gate was closed and lufthanse people said our flight is missed and we need to contact their help desk, this is when we need your help more than anything, when we contacted Memorable Vacations people, we hardly got any help from them and that moment i lost all the hopes on them. I was so much worried about the flight that we missed and flight rates were more than 400 Eruos per ticket and by EU train it was 100 euros and it would 8 Hrs to reach to Prague, we would have lost one day and it did create lot and lot of chaos for us. When i biught up this issue with Memorable Vacations about the flight miss, they were very eager on telling about the Cab they had arranged for us to pick up at the Prague, that was utter non sense, When we have missed the flight how come travel guide can speak about the cab they had arranged. Hop on Hop off were arranged at Prague, Salzburg & Vienna, first of all its very difficult to reach to the place to board these buse's and these hop on hop off doesnt include all the Travel Destinations that we need to look at, In prague we stayed for 3 nights, 1 day we got hop on hop off and one day we got Cruise and Can yoy imagine the duration of cruise was just 55 min and reaching to place were the cruise is very difficult. They dint assist in getting the flight for us nor they assisted in getting the cab at the prague airport. Hotel in Prague was below average. Hotel's in salzbur & vienna was good. But the hotel's are located far from the city so they are available at less price and these travel portal make lot of money in that too, again no transport provided to reach the hotel. One Advise to people--> Check your travel itenary, check the Hop on Hop Off vouchers along with the duration & details. Never Ever have your Transit time as 1 hour in Frankfurt airport, go for mimimum 2 hours or more. One advise to Travel Triangle and Memorable Vacations: Please provide the taxi to reach to the hotel and to reach the hop on hop off desitnation and Cruise destination and what so ever. That's the whole intention is we book our tour through you guys, if it was only booking Flights and Hotel's any one can do it. But i felt, when our flight was missed, they would have assisted in better way rather than raising their hand up, luckily, we dint miss the flight because of delay from our end, we missed it because of late departure and security check which took longet than expected, We had work with Lufthanse customer hellp desk and they gave us the next available flight which was in next couple of hours, that eased our tension and we continued with our Tour with barely minimum loss of 4 hours. Overall the tour was GOOD, but it would have been more pleasant, if the above mentioned points were taken care.

I had a great time through out the trip & all the arrangements were extremely superb, thank you so much for making us life time loveable memories. Special thanks to Eina & team of coustimise group for all the arrangements & giving us support throughout the trip. well complete trip was memorable, its really difficult to chose the best one from hole trip, but we really like course's give to us; that to off Prague & Budapest.

Very flexible & dedicated tour operator. Agni, Jaideep & Sunil all three were really very cooperative. Hats off to their dedication to their work, particularly Jaideep . These guys work really harder. Price : 4.5/5 Service : 4.5/5 Guide on sightseeing and transfers in city : 3/5 Hop on hop off in Salzburg and Prague was useless, either guided tour or public transport is best in Europe. Hop on hop off Vienna : 3/5 (can do in public transport as well, if hop on hop off, better buy 48 hours pass) Salt mine & Baverian mountain tour : 4.5/5 Prague castle tour : 3.5/5 Ceske Krumlov tour : 5/5 Only thing they could have done better is better understanding of time management for sightseeing and brief info of each places for sightseeing or local person at each place as guide. Else I suggest to opt for guided tour only. As at many places, we don't know where to get off from bus and what to see etc, so if you opt for hop on hop off, better do homework online, read on TripAdvisor before going. Jaideep tried his best but I think even he didn't have idea, so he was helpless. Even for hotel to pickup point of tours, train etc, we shd know how to go, of metro/tram, number and route of same etc shd be informed. We used google.maps and it was really helpful. I strongly recommend anyone to book with pickyourtrail, only thing to take care is regarding local sightseeing idea and local transport. Ask formlocal guide or pick guided tour or do your homework. I also suggest to go for AirBnB or 3* hotel with better room than 4* hotel in Europe, as we booked all 4 star hotel but I didn't find it worth. NH Hotel in Prague was worth as we booked in upper building which can we reached via cable car, and view of city is amazing from upper building. Wyndham grand Hotel in Salzburg was best as location wise, but in service and hospitality it was not good. Better to book cheaper 3* hotel not Airbnb. Hilton garden inn hotel in Vienna was also good, view was amazing from our view (not garden facing but still good). None of the hotel in Europe provide room service, pickup luggage , accompany you to room and showing or.explaoning their amneties, even if they are 4*. So I would consider that next time while booking. None provided vegetarian options in breakfast as well except fruits and bread butter and tea-coffee, not even on request they made anything vegetarian except NH Hotel made french fries on request. Madame Tussaude Museum & Giant Ferris Wheel , Vienna City center, Vienna Schonbrunn Palace, Vienna (Didn't get to see from inside) Fortress @ Salzburg Bavarian mountain and salt mine tour Prague Castle Tour, Old town square Cable car in NH Hotel and view from it Ceske Krumlov Tour

Hi, We had a awesome trip thanks to Prasurya​ & Duniya Safari​. ​this is my second trip which was organised by her and trust me I don’t have to bother about anything she selects the best things to do in every place and everything is so well organised and she always suggests what is the best for us to do. She is always a call away if we get stuck or for some suggestion or if there is any hassle. I don’t think my trips would be so awesome if not for her. Thank​m​you Prasurya ​from the bottom of my​ ​heart for helping us make so many good memories to cherish and helping us see beautiful places.
