      Raj's 3 days trip to Rajasthan

      It was my 2nd trip with travel triangle and was not that much upto the mark as the earlier one. The problem we had is as follows :- 1) Although the hotel in Jaipur was really very nice but the location wise it wasn't , it was like 20 km away from the city. 2) In Ranthambore , we have to pay for the safari on our own , where else in Jim Corbett when we went , it was included in the plan. 3) The agent don't know how to talk, he was very rude , also for the cab wise i specially asked for the Innova but he provided me Etios , later after immense argument he agreed to provide the Innova. The good points were like 1 ) hotel was really very nice 2) the drive was experienced and was having a good behaviour.

      Visited as per the Itinerary in between 21-24 February'20. On time pickup, hotel was great even provided early check-in without any hassle. One of the best locations if you want to relax. Staff was decent and polite and service was also very fine. Other services provided are also up to the marks. Main highlight of the trip was our travel agent "SIDHAK TRAVELS". Mr. Navdeep, Mr. Gagandeep and Samiksha all are eager to help whenever I called them no matter what the time is or where they are present. Personally I am thankful to Mr. Navdeep for his throughout support. During my stay I called him on 10:30 pm and to my surprise he picked and sorted out the issue that took around 1 hour. Later I came to know that he was on dinner with his family. Really appreciated. And best part all three of them call you until you safely reach your home. Best wishes.

      This is the second time we visited state of Rajasthan, First time in Jaipur. It was really awesome weather and all places are very good. All the places were very clean. Roads were fun to drive on. Our tour representative (Sandeep ji) was also kind and good hearted. Driver took us to all the places in time and we never felt like we are out of our own town. View from the forts is just spectacular and it feels like to stay there and mesmerize the view.       Hotel was ok. Car was good. On first day driver was the owner of car and we enjoyed a lot. Rest of the time there was other driver. He wasn't that helpful. Unnecessary showing attitude. Overall trip was good.

      I took only the cab service with the travel triangle , which i would say just an average experience as the cab driver was late for almost 2.5 hrs and at the airport we have to wait for him . Also on the very first day we have to go to Ranthambore where he took 7.5 hrs which normally takes 4 hrs drive and lastly the agent didn't inform us that the cab didn't go beyond 60 km that too on the high way.

      Everything was really very nice. the hotel and the cab i will give 5/5 but there is 1 thing i want to mention that the agent should provide all the information to the traveller should not hide anything for example vital holiday agent didn't inform us about the availablity of swimming or bar in the hotel on the last day when we were checking out from our hotel , the hotel staff informed us about that and also mentioned that use of swimming pool is free for everyone.

      On first day, we were taken to Tour Pedia office when we're already hungry and they tried to extract more money saying that road to longewala is not good and we have to use the alternate road. After chatting with the agent, we got to know that no need to pay extra money. Guides insisted on tips and took us to shops where they get commission and we were actually cheated for few thousands. Desert camp needed AC, we were told it's not required - the temperature was high around 38 even after sunset. We switched to AC room by paying extra money. Hotel guys also added Jeep Safari without our consent and charged money
