Everything was perfect from travel agent side. The cab driver assigned Suresh was very professional and helped us a lot. The only downside of the entire trip was the houseboat. We had booked 3 sharing rooms, we had to beg houseboat guy for an extra bed. The rooms were too small and cramped for a bed to fit as well. Food was limited for 9 members and we had to buy something in between and asked them to cook. They asked us to vacate the hall area while we were watching a movie and playing at 10, saying they need to sleep. People come to enjoy without restrictions and this was very bad on that part. Hi sir/madam, This is to inform you that we around 10people have vist Kerala under your travels from dec 4 - dec 6. The 1st two was awesome with your plans even hotel is good than we expected... But on 3rd day we planned to visit padamnathan temple , thiruvandram zoo, Lulu mall....but we didn't get a traveller till afternoon 1:30 After 1:45 traveller came and just leave us in Thiruvananthapuram central station The 3rd day plan is totally wasted and we didn't cover even one places... We paid for total 3days trip 53000,since you didn't cover the 3rd day places we are expecting some certain amount as refund 4500-5000 Thanks, Janarrdhanan

The trip was very good. But what we felt is the planning of places(guidance by travel agent) can be done still better..... We were offered munnar-allepey-kochi package. But what we felt is rather it can be made as 2 days Munnar and 1 day Alleppey and kochi Because 3rd day we went to kochi and there was nothing to be visited...... We were disappointed to have wasted 1 precious day..... Whereas we could have utilised it in Munnar, where there are so many places to be visited It would have been really awesome if were suggested 2days Munnar and 1day kochi and Alleppey trip We had wonderful time in Munnar and Alleppey. The sceneric beauty of Munnar is treat to eyes and so pleasing..... Just loved it

Very harsh driving and atleast he stopped 4 times by other drivers on the road.. We had a day to cover Munnar and driver has no idea which places to take and he was least bothered to take us places. Which ever places we ask for stop over for sight seeing he seemed not bothered. If we ask we want to go to particular place he says there is nothing to see.. instead he wasted time.. he has no estimate of time for reaching places.. too much disappointed.. would never recommended this guy for any travellers.. Awesome weather in Munnar and location of madhumantra resort was awesome.. it was like I expected.. boat house was okay but different experience..

The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

*Good travel plan prepared by Mr.Muralee, tourassociate.com *cab driver Mr.shinoj very friendly,informative excellent service, dedication and keep in time always. *wind munnar nice place to stay and excellent viewing, somewhat interior to munnar but we really enjoyed alot. Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour

Good travel agency, helped alot, arrangements were great, didn't find any issue with any of the part, provided cab and the driver were very good, good behavior. Great Job! Recommend Rocking Trips. 1 suggestion, please make sure that there should not be any communication gap, ask all ur doubt in details or else it will be confusing. Apart from this I like the service starting from arranging all our things to the end of our trip. It was so we'll arranged that we don't have to call to the agency for an issue in between our tirp. Thank you rocking trips and travel trangle for arranging this trip such a nice way without having any issue. Looking forward to plan for next trip with rocking trips again
