      Trip was thoroughly planned from beginning to the end. All transactions right from initial inquiry till the end of the trip, were professional. In fact, there was a confusion about payment amount during the time of checking in to the hotel. The agent did a timely intervention and resolved it. Post that, they sent 2 boxes of chocolates for facing inconvenience. Cab driver was also flexible in the schedule.

      Everything was good. The driver was very friendly and interested to show us the places. The only problem was the driver( may be the owner cum driver) is always trying to save fuel by switching off AC. Told him to switch in AC twice or thrice. Every time he switches the AC for sometime and again at the next opportunity he switches off the AC and opens the window. Except for his fuel saving tendency, he is very good and is a good guide for tour. Overall it’s a great experience.

      We had booked our Coorg trip with a travel triangle and we are satisfied with it. Postcard trip company had booked a hotel and cab for us. 1st travel agent Amish was not very cooperative and reachable. After reaching out to Travel Traingle new agent Simran was assigned she was understanding cooperative and helpful. Hotel whispering Woods, Madekri- Hotel is a kind of resort. It is a little away from the City centre. Although the room size is small, ambience is spot on. The hotel has a good staff. We had booked Deluxe cottages for us. Cab - Cab driver Karthik was very cooperative. He was very generous despite the delay and detours caused by our toddler. I would definitely encourage people to avail his/ his company's services.

      Trip was not good as planned, Some places are not covered as per itenary shared by UR Dream holidays. Hotel (Igloo residency) room was horrible while checked in on 1st day, also hotel will not have any restaurant facility. If you are going with Kid I suggest you not to prefer. Driver (Chandru) was very professional and friendly and drive safely. I had tried to reach UR dream holiday (Divya) and Travel Triangle (Kunal), they didnt pick my call while trip and didnt call me back to understand the concern.

      We took a trip to Coorg Ex-Mysore, and had requested Postcard Tours to customize it to accomodate a family with an infant, with equal parts relaxation, hanging out and adventure. They did it wonderfully well. Kudos to Ms. Simran Kaur for great advice while planning, and meticulous arrangements made. Also would like to express appreciation to Mr. Yashwanth for being a supportive driver and guide. Stay at Nexstay Excellence Resort was enjoyable amidst beautiful ambience and good facilities, though marred a bit by languor of staff especially at the restaurant. All in all, had a very satisfying family getaway after nearly two years of Covid lockdowns.       Over all trip was as per my expectation. Driver was very friendly and as this has always been my top preference when ever I travel. But still was expecting better hotel stay, specially in Coorg. Every place was worth added to our experience... Zoo was so clean, garden & fountain light in Mysore, Tibetan temple & it's restaurant, abbey waterfall & harangi reservoir in Coorg.
