It was my first foreign trip and believe me it was amazing and one of the best trip. Everything was well organized as per our preferences. Really appreciate the whatsapp group which was active for 24×7. Hats off to the services provided it made our stay very smooth. Hotels are good..but pattaya's hotel was little far from the market where we ended up in spending a lot in transportation as dinner was not available in hotel or nearby. Specially on first day, upon arrival on Pattaya hotel at night after being so tired we had to go market to have some food though we are damn tired. Day 2 in coral island is highlight of our journey. Bangkok hotel's location was good but little small compared to Pattaya's hotel. Trip was worth of penny and yes we returned home with wonderful memories. Looking forward for more trips with your team and will also recommend travel triangle to my family and friends as well. Thank you!!☺️

hotel in pattaya was pathetic ... Golden sea pattaya . staff was very rude and not at all helpful.. The itenary provided was good. The contact persons in Thailand are good. We got prompt response. We didnot face any issues. While getting itenary we faced some trouble.since we dont know hindi , the agent only talks in hindi .its very difficult for us to understand. Jp villa hotel in pattaya was outside from pattaya.there is no tuk tuk near by.faced difficulties in that alone. Also in Bangkok - boss suites naana hotel we faced cockroach problem in rest room..overall it was good experience Under sea walk , paragliding and safari park were the best memories

It was an amazing trip to Thailand (21st to 25th nov 2019) . Awesome place , Phi phi islands, James bond island was excellent. Amazing beaches, amazing nightlife, awesome food, warm people and excellent properties to stay. Shree and gaurav from tripoholic was very helpful. They were always there from the start. They literally put extra efforts to make this trip happen Pros:1. The entire trip was hassle free and awesome.2. Hotel stays were OK 3. transfers and sightseeing are great n almost fulfilled our expectations. 4)coordination between the staffs were excellent cons- 1) rooms at hotel Woraburi (Bangkok) was too small 2) As promised for anniversary compliments were not given at hotel. Tripoholic specially Shree helped me alot for planning this trip. They customized the tour many times according to my wish without any hesitation. They also helped us to exchange our currency smoothly.A big thanks to Gaurav and team. Whenever I used to text/call them, They were always there. I must say they're emerging people whom you can trust blindly and have a wonderful trip. Thanks to everyone whoever was involved. The trip was well planned and offered at a great price. Vivek Khan supported a lot in every aspect. The services were good and timely. The hotels provide in Bangkok and Pattaya were good and also better for indians considering the food and location. The bad part about the hotel in Pattaya was its breakfast. The buffet lunch offered at bella express and Safari restaurant in Safari World was worst. The SIC service was good and punctual. We did not like the time given to vist the 2 attractions Sea Life and Madame Tussauds . It was hardly 55 mins to visit both the places. I don't know who is at fault but it wasn't managed properly by Travel Fireflies as well as Travelbullz. Our cab was missed and no proper explanation was given. The ground support was not at all convincing at this point. The drop timing to BKK airport were pathetic, we were taken to the airport before 4 hrs. It is not at all good to pick up a customer first and make a bangkok traffic tour while picking up the other people. There are many other great ways to travel to the airport.
