      it's not so likely when only "DE VOYAGER HOSPITALITY" is concerned, because we had a mixed bag experience. We were happy that when agent spoke to us and guided with all the elements according to our requisites and without any bargain whole amount was paid from our end. All of a sudden two from our trip were dropped because of emergency, as we booked two days before our trip, inspite of the terms and conditions we thought that some refund we may get for hotel and small vehicle. To our disappointment room was cancelled, and was alloted to someone, i endorse this because when we asked in ahmedabad for room shift, as it is not at all good, as usual answer was "BOOKING FULL". before itself i asked the person that not to cancel the rooms alloted if there is no refund. But the reply was "AGAINST THE RULES". And coming to vehicle, Innova was alloted to us and then because of cancellation "xcent" was given. And "DE VOYAGER HOSPITALITY" claimed that there is a difference in amount (2000 less), then where is the amount- a big "QUESTION MARK". So guys, if you (DE VOYAGER HOSPITALITY) are going through this mail, just rethink from our perspective. Thanks..,
