      I have booked my trip through Dream Planner. My trip advisor is Mr.Parveen Kumar. He got us very affordable deal with one of the best beach side hotels in GOA. Firstly, I had booking in the month of Feb-2022 but because of some personal reason I need to postpone the trip. Mr.Parveen helped me to extend the bookings for hotel to Sep-2022. I got almost 6 months of extension which is very helpful for me. He took care to book rooms with very good view. He arranged Pick-up and Drop along with two days of sightseeing in the package including. We never felt that he overcharged us anywhere. Also, he made contact time to time from his side to make sure things are OK with us. He knows the Goa very well and can guide you at any point of confusion. I feel fortunate that I took the deal from Dream Planner.

I didn’t realize how 4 days went so early. Although weather was not up to mark but I spend quite a good time with my family. Before the trip, I haven’t traveled anywhere with her. But she seems to enjoy the place. Earlier I was planning to go with another family but as always timing doesn’t match. I went ahead with my family and Everything felt good. I enjoyed my time overthere. Best thing: 1. I love the hotel food. 2. I love the sightseeing by Bus. Since we were alone and Bus provided us an opportunity to interact with other people. We met one married couple and it was good to know them. We had our lunch together on both days. One of the thing I would avoid if I get the opportunity to go with another family - idea of sightseeing by Bus. These bus driver didn’t let me have the breakfast on both days of sightseeing that actually bothered me so much. I don’t blame them because they had to call so many people and I guess they take 30 min of buffer for ever person so they will start bothering you when you are taking shower and till the time you reach the breakfast table, they will keep calling. That made me so upset at one point if time. I would definitely avoid it next time. Although having interact with so many bus was actually a very good experience but that will come later 2nd to me. I should have good freakfast first with peace in mind. That’s it.

      It was going good but there lack of communication between agent and cab vendor where they are not agreeing to visit places which were travelling agent share with us. However later when I complaint about it then they took almost entire for discussion and then agree around 3 PM and that time it was too late to cover places and return back by 6 PM. They spoiled few of the places and in other words, pls advise customer whatever places are practically possible and when you agreed with customer then you should deliver it, otherwise customer hardly get 2-3 days time to visit some places and at that time you guys spoil one day due to your internal dispute then think about customer how much he will lost with these things. Although there was some hiccups but still enjoyed the Goan Beautiful beaches and other places specially cruise time was fantastic.

      It's policies are little irritating to the customer in case of cancellation due to unfortunate incidents due to any national issues. In the same situation, other travel partners and airline partners were very much flexible and issues got resolved quickly. In case of Travel Triangle if you confirm your booking, then don't expect anything back even if your booking got cancelled due to life threatening situation.       Provided 4 star hotel, but no hot water on one day, no pool available. Cab drivers are comes late and intrested to drop by time before committed. I am very dissatisfied with one driver, he knows that I have less time, and he looks us boat ride which kills almost two hours of time, later he dropped us back because our schedule, after that he is not shown interest to resume trip after completion of our work. Literally we paid lot of money to cover single place on that day Travel agent assistance, he is always available on phone to guide us

      There was very less time as we planned this trip in a hurry. Manish assisted us way throughout with many hotel options. Finally we chose Fairmont Marriott at Anjuna. I somewhere feel the agents deals with these hotels on a daily basis hence they should be aware about the hotel rooms and conditions. We were travelling with an infant and the room given to us was so small that even the bed couldn't accommodate my baby, it was so small. The room didn't have any space for movement. I did request for an upgrade but it didn't happen. The amount charged was fairly decent however on a higher range considering the off season...mostly the hotel was empty but still I was told it's completely sold out. There has to be transparency in these kind of information..we did face space shortage in the room due to which my baby was uncomfortable for 4 days during the trip. Apart from the hotel issue...my baby still enjoyed the most as it was his first vacation
