My main problem of this tour starts with hotel itself. Swimming pool was under maintenance, this itself a main disappointment for me. And they don't understand English that's my second problem. Breakfast is not as good as much expected this is the third problem. Next, we had a rift with the driver who isn't ready to guide us first of all. He's like in a hurry to finish the trip. His main words are my work is between 10-6 after that I can't wait even for a minute. This itself is a bad service. Each and every day we started from the hotel by 11-11.30 but he insists us he can't even wait till 6.30. really disappointed with this. Only good thing happened is Mr. Abdul the agent who stood by side through out the trip. He responded to me whenever I called him and helped me at all cost. A big thanks to him for helping me out. End of the day we're not satisfied with hotel staffs but rooms were really good.

The trip was good and had a lot of memorable moment's. Day 1 the hotels could have arranged a complementary bf and could have made our accommodation ready as soon as we arrived from airport ..We got rooms ready late afternoon. Day 2 the tempo was not good and Ac was not working...the battery in vehicle was not working ...headlights were not working Then soon I talked to agent Jack he arrranged good vehicle fir day 3 and day 4 Rooms were great and was comfortable ...Mansi helped us lot in making us comfort Jack helped end to end to follow up things correctly and made sure everything goes well Thanks to Mansi from Royal woods. Thanks to Jack and he deserves a good credit for making the tour a memorable one

The hotels was up to our expectations except one or two incidents, which were swiftly attended by the management and the cabs organised by the agent was up to the mark and there was on time pick up and drop to the location. Options given for Stay (Hotel) was not at all good. And we chose Alur Holiday Resort which was really very bad option. Room given was smelly and we requested to change the room which was not done at all. They told that hotel is completely full. Then in dinner time when we wanted to order some specific food we were told that as there is no much customer they don't have much options in food. Service was very bad. Apart from hotel rest was good. But stay is one of the important factor that needs to be looked and considered. Places covered and the transport facility. These were well taken care.
