      Had a great trip to goa by Goa Originals agency. The people at agency and hotel were friendly. thanks to Aniket Kumar from Goa originals for arranging the stay. The stay at Casa comforts resorts was good. However the restaurant is undergoing maintenance so could not get the full access to the resort and its amenities. The breakfast buffet was not available since the restaurant is under maintainence but the agency did arranged the breakfast on the menu will selected items as buffet. Overall the trip was good compared to the service charge.

      Riva Beach Resort is Awesome Place to stay. I went there on my anniversary. I checked in on 28th January 2020 and checked out on 31st January 2020. There was some confusion relating to Room, which was very well handled by the staff. All The Staff is so courteous and helpful that it just can't be explained in words. On my anniversary the Resort decorated my Room. Arranges a Cake and a Bottle of Wine. Special Mention is for JIMMY, F & B manager there. He made sure that our stay was the most pleasurable ever. He regularly checked with us, that If we are having any issues or not. Divya from front desk was very lovely too. she helped us a lot. Junior staff was always Smiling. Special mention is to Haridas, one of the servers there. All in all, This will be my stop whenever I stay In GOA.

      The hotel was faraway from airport. The walls are of wood so lot of noise when people move about. Didn't like to come out in the evening for lack of security. The places mentioned we're not covered by the driver, he has his own route and my complaining never helped by the transporter or the agent. Taking us to the beach in the afternoon. Total waste of money, if we had travelled on our own we would have enjoyed. Hence we are not taking any more trips with you
