As we reached hotel , the reception staff waited us about one hour inspite of showing booking invoice. In between they dint ask even for water while welcome drink was mentioned in booking invoice. Second day The cab driver carried us to pahalgam while it was not in our tour destnation . there the attitude of horse operators was very rude. At last day the driver asked to come at 10.30 am so that the flight might be boarded at 1.15pm but the driver couldn't reach up to 12.00. so in emergency we hired another taxy to send one family at airport.

It was good managed by Classic holiday as per our plan. Miss Hina was so supportive till out travel start. We have only concern with TravelTringle who took the convenience charges and not provide us the feedback which they have to do .They just took charges from customer and forget. I had direct contact of travel agent (miss Hina) who has sent me all details on whatsapp. I have not to wait reaponse from Travel tringle executive. So trust on your agent through you have made booking not on traveltringle agents. Overall good trip .... Kashmir is very nice place which is a memorable for us. The good thing is that houseboat was vey nice means more from our expectations. Good behaviour of houseboat person. Will recommend same boat to other.

overall the trip was nice but there were 2 very very loose points - 1. on our arrival day we were taken to the sites, directly with our luggage in the car. they should have taken us to the hotel first so that we would have freshen up. 2. we were left with random people 2 times. though nothing happened but it was blind spot.
