Calmative Kuala Lumpur Tour Package From Hyderabad 3 Days & 2 Nights

Excellent! Every thing was perfectly organised. Mr.Sharad and Mr. Dev we're very punctual, very friendly and very helpful. The timings were well planned so that we could enjoy the trips fully without any rush or tension. Mr.Vaishnavs suggestions in customising the tour proved to be very helpful. Within the limited time of 4 days, we could comfortably visit most of the attractions in Kuala Lumpur and got enough time to roam around and do some shopping by ourselves.

Overall a good experience other than the cab drivers behaviour. They are not professionals and don't know how to treat customers. Support from smiling trip agent Deepanshi was very good. All things gone as per the itinerary.

Overall I wanted to thank Kalpana Tours for arranging our KL Trip itinerary for 2 days but here's the thing lot could have been done to make my booking experience from OK to WOW easily . Everything was booked and had no issues during the trip but my booking experience was not so pleasant. 1) Quote was given around Oct '19 and payment almost done by Nov '19. But here's the thing we got our KL Visa applied on 13 Jan 2020 with gazillion follow ups and updates to Sourav. 2) Being frank to customers seems to be a big problem here, every time I ask for vouchers, the standard answer "give me some time sir. You will be given all vouchers n 24 hrs" which we got just 2 days before trip. Imaging your travel tension when just days ago is your trip and you havent got any update on your travel plans. Its that scary not sure why the agency doesnt understand that 3) Driver pick up from airport was good but had t wait for like for sold 30 mins for cab. 4) The driver Jaya Prakash who turned up to be our assigned driver every day(which even he didn't knew until end of previous day drop) seem to be completely lost in the city and always gave a weird face on asking what must see here, what food are must try , some interesting places - he says the regular tourist places. I mean WOW - slow claps.. Drivers in general to me make your travel experience to another level and in this case he made it very average. 5) He picked us and dropped on time and so no issues on that but I felt as a local he could given us some good recommendations than going n wasting our time in places like Central Market KL and few more.. 6) Also there is concern on the reachability on Travel Agent guide assigned (Abhishek) was on leave like forever and his number was always switched. Zillion tmes raised to travel triangle customer care turned to deaf ears as the concern of delayed vouchers was heard but never responded or followed up. Shit job on the guide from TT as well i this case. Overall, though the vouchers and arrangement didn't cause us any problem, the overall delay and tension created done in booking to dispatching the vouchers from Sourav of Kalpana tours and the lack of follow up and accountability from TT Guide assigned to this , makes me not so a BIG FAN of this tour agent to recommend unless I see a logical reason of why they wont proactively keep the customer updated on progress of booking. I had to be on whatsapp for like ever to get updates. The stress and tension it added isn't worth it and definitely not so encouraging to rank you any more...

Trip was organised very well and driver were very friendly and make us to feel comfortable but we are unhappy about the hotel as we didn't like the hotel service and rooms.

Overall experience was good. Hotel wasn't 3 star as stated and we didnt receive itinerary in written so we missed one spot due to delay. Batu caves and genting highlands went smooth.

Initially we were very suspicious. But They did everything and coordinated our family trip in a very short period and made it a very memorable one. I prefer travel triangle for my travel plans as well.

I would like to Thanks Mr. Ankush for this wonderful tour with all his services, man lucky that he handled our tour, i was worried before because i was traveling so many countries(Thailand, Singapore And Malaysia) before but he make sure that we will not face any issues.i will definitely planning with them again, Keep Rocking! I had Great Trip .They are very professional with there clients especially Mr. Ankush from there operation backend who was always available on phone and chat. Trip to Bangkok, Pattaya, Singapore And Malaysia………..
