The cab driver was very much decent, soft spoken and experienced. The hotel staff was also coperative and food was also delicious.       Family Trip to Nainital and Jim Corbett, March 2021. We stayed at Hotel Royal Rosset Bhimtal, hotel staff and food quality were very good. However, complete details were not provided by the Agent from Trip Sailercom. Despite number of follow ups, information was not given and eventually had to escalate to Travel Triangle. I will not recommend to opt Trip Sailercom for your trip and suggest to take other service provide instead. We were told Bijrani jeep safari but later given some other which was not good at all. Putting remarks, so people can choose wisely, especially for family trip. The driver from Travel triangle was very good.
